DONT EVER TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS ANIMAL HELL HOLE. I took my old puppy twice in one day because I thought he was have mini seizures. Dr. Bud Klein took about 5 minutes and said he hurt his neck and gave me pain medicine. He said if it works Joey you will know he does not have a tumor from Cushings disease (which joey had for 6 years and was doing well.). Joey had a seizure about 6 pm. I rushed him back to the vet and Dr Klein left me alone in the room with Joey and said that Joey needed to calm down from the seizure and then he would examine him. (Any other vet would have rushed him to the back and given him fluids. I talked to several area vets). I had never seen a seizure before and was panicked and grief stricken. A seizure could be from anything in a old dog--low blood sugar, red dye in dog treats, eating a toad, poison, dehydration, ect. When Dr. Bud Klein came back in the room and took his temperature, He said Joey was not dying and that I still had time but in the next sentence said that Joey is trying to die. In my frenzy and panic I made a rash decision and had Dr. Klien put him to sleep because I thought he was in pain. Dr. Klein felt that in his opinion and poor expertise as a vet, that Joey probably had a tumor and would have more seizures. He never took his blood, checked his pulse, gave him fluids, or did a urinalysis. I failed a being an advocate for Joey, for I was so panicked about losing him. He was 16.5 years old and still going. He walked very slow, could pee and poop on his own, loved to sniff outside in the garden and sleep in his old age, loved any kind of treat and was still eating and drinking. He could breathe great, sleep, and followed me around everywhere. I will regret this day May 14th, 2012 the rest of my life. Dr. Bud Klein did not even ask me any questions about Joey and how he was doing. I usually took Joey to Dr. Woods in Twin Lakes but took Joey that day to Graham Road Animal Hospital because it was closer --- The biggest mistake of my life. He convinced me that putting Joey to sleep was the right thing to do and that Joey would have more seizures............. May every animal owner beware and dont ever take your animal to Graham Road Animal Hospital unless you want to say goodbye to your beloved pet. I am heartbroken that I took Joey to the to a vet that my family trusted.

Do NOT take your pet here unless you want them to die. My cat had hepatic lipidosis, which they diagnosed immediately, and I left her in their care. Read on it, you will see the only viable way to heal them is to give a feeding tube since cats do not respond well to force feeding and eating is the only thing to really help reverse the condition. I should have listened to my cat who begged me not to leave her there. 3 days later she still begged to leave though was so weak she couldnt even stand. she had been force fed and left to sit in her puke for 3 days straight, long haired angora completely matted. they had her on an IV which should have been for nutrients, I found out they had only given saline solution and left her to die for 3 days. I took her home immediately when I discovered their sub-par treatment and took her to a neighboring vet that was 20 stars better than graham road animal hospital could dream of being. The vet at GRAH did not even seem to be trying to save my pet and gave me a guilt trip when I said I was taking her out to find a better vet. Sadly it was too late and the new vet was unable to save my kitty, but they gave a valiant effort and I would take my pet to them in a heart beat again if I needed. Unfortunately though, nothing can bring my pet back after the lack of treatment GRAH gave her. Literally, I took her there for treatment and they sentenced her to die. Do NOT leave your sick pet there or you might not get them back alive. When questioned, the vet said she was not equipped to be able to do feeding tubes and did not carry IV solution that had nutrients. What kind of pet hospital has neither of those options? really? At least they could have told me that when I first brought my cat, then I would have known to take her elsewhere for treatment. But they tell you they can help your pet and then watch they die in an unclean cage and uncared for. I did bring a hamster here once that they removed a small tumor from ok, for that I gave 1 star. But based on my cat, I would give negative stars- they need their licensing pulled.

Our family has had nothing but the very best experiences in taking our gigantic German Shepherd and 2 cats here. I honestly wish I could give them ten stars. The doctors were incredibly helpful with both the little things (ear infections) and big things (lots of stitches for out dog). When our dog was a puppy we went to six different veterinarians because he was having chronic diarrhea and no one could help. The little guy was miserable and so were we from the messes! Every Vet we went to kept giving Diego more and more different medications, none of which helped. We just kept getting the same answers, rice with chicken and medicine. Nothing helped! We were so frustrated and our puppy wasnt growing. A coworker said to ignore the google reviews and try Graham Road Animal Hospital because he had taken his two dogs there for years. The doctor that we saw actually took the time to listened to everything I had to say! He actually sat there and took notes. For the first time it actually felt like a doctor was listening! He asked so many questions about how, when and what we fed him. He then spent almost 20 minutes just feeling our dogs stomach trying to find what was going on. He fixed our puppy! He recommended a few things and we tried a mild medication now Diego is 100% I cannot tell how happy we have been going there! We just took Diego there today for an ear infection and the doctor not only squeezed us in for an exam but took almost 20 minutes making sure we understood what was going on and how to properly care for our big guy. I cannot speak for the other people who had bad experiences at this office but my heart goes out to them for their losses. I would recommend to anyone to give these guys a shot. Jak

Im finally getting time to do this and i wish i would have done this sooner. We took our cat here because we heard they were cheap. They were EXACTLY that! When we took our cat in the doc said he has lukemia and that he will die within a few years. All he did was preach about how bad it is of a disease and that it can spread to other cats and how putting our cat down might be an option. We declined because our cat was a single cat and never went outside so there was no chance for it to spread. So the doc gave my cat a shot to "help him eat" because my cat wasnt eating much. When i returrned home from work that same day hours later, i came home to my cat GASPING for air, sprawled out on my living room floor in a trance. He died in my arms on the way to a different vet to put him to sleep so he wouldnt suffer anymore. Holding your cat in your arms while he dies is one of the most unpleasant experiences you can witness. Til this day i THINK (dont want to get hit with slander) they sabotaged my cat because of his illness and injected something into his lungs. Maybe im wrong (doubtful) but when they say he had YEARS left to live and he didnt live a SINGLE DAY... Something is wrong.. I STRONGLY suggest you go ANYWHERE other than this place!!
