DO NOT GO HERE! Theyre rude, incompetent and deserve zero stars on here! 1. They gave my dogs medicine to me and I went home. The pill bottle was labelled 75 mg which is the proper dosage, when I opened up the bottle the pills inside were labelled 100 mg. I of course did a quick internet search to find out they had in fact put the wrong pills in the wrong bottle. Due to their incompetency I decided to call them and explain the issue and tell them I wanted a refund which then leads us to the next issue. 2. When I went back for a refund and for them to give me the prescription on paper to take somewhere else to be filled they rudely told me "you cant get them at any other pharmacy". I said I KNOW I can get it elsewhere. So after some more arguing the pharmacist finally wrote the prescription and I DID get the medicine somewhere else even though I couldnt "get them at any other pharmacy" according to them. Which the pharmacy I went to was cheaper and put the correct pills in the correct bottle the first time! 3. They incorrectly diagnosed my dog with a thyroid issue...She actually had diabetes which she was diagnosed and treated for less than 3 weeks after her visit here. Their vet did not EVEN think to test her for diabetes, or mention it instead all he could ramble about was thyroid or Cushions disease. Given the dog was shaking, had cataracts which the vet specifically said "no she doesnt have cataracts" when we asked, Id say hes as incompetent as their pharmacist... Theyre incompetent and extremely rude if they make a mistake! Only good part theyre extremely cheap! Due to their response on my Google review that I just noticed, I would like to add that they obviously do not respect your privacy. I did NOT post my pets name on here and they plastered it all over their response to my review. I also do not appreciate them putting out what specific tests they think she needed I would expect some sort of confidentiality from a veterinarian. I did put out some of her health issues, but they really went into specifics for tests, and decisions that I would hope most veterinarians would keep confidential. As for these "recommended tests", I was NEVER informed of these since I was taking over her care, you may have informed her previous care giver but not me. Your office was made fully aware that her care was changing hands that day. As far as the "Thyroid test" goes she was diagnosed immediately by her new vet they did not even need the blood test to make a proper diagnosis and start treating that day. Also she had cataracts that your vet specifically denied, which was confirmed to me by my new vet. Lastly you have not addressed my major concern of the bottle labelled 75 MG of Rimadyl that in fact contained all 100 MG pills of Rimadyl and the fact that when I asked for a refund, I had to speak with three different people to get it. They kept rudely telling me "You cant get those anywhere else" and refusing to give me a refund. Later the same day I went to a real pharmacy and received the proper medicine in the proper bottle.

Such a kind and caring staff. My cat was showing signs of respiratory distress. He was playing with his sister and all of the sudden fell over and started panting like a dog. I swooped him up and threw him in the car and called valley animal hospital and they said they would take him right away. I had Dr Wendy and she was just phenomenal. So affectionate towards your cat but still empathetic towards the owners. She explained everything even though it was hard news to take in. She was immediately concerned with his symptoms and him having an enlarged heart. She got him an X-ray and gave him steroids to help his breathing. She took the time out to explain what it could possibly be like to have a cat with an enlarged heart including the prognosis and the extra care it will take. I started bawling right in the office. She took the time to make sure I was okay and I appreciate her being so truthful even though its not fun to hear your kitty might not have the perfect life he deserves. Luckily I got a call back the next day, and she said its just Just inflamed bronchioles and he is an asthma kitty. Very treatable and manageable condition. She discussed how I can make changes at home to help flare up and medication choices vs costs and whats more worth it. Ion another accurence I brought both my cats in because they keep getting eye and ear infections over and over again. She took the time to explain what I can do to help prevent and treat the infections and gave me medication I can give them whenever theres a flare up instead of making more unnecessary vet trips. Ive read so many bad reviews of other vet offices saying they are all about the money and this place is definitely not one of them. They didnt even discuss what I owe until it was time to leave (I mean Im sure they would if they had to have something super expensive done, but for your common ailments they dont refuse to treat your pets until payment is received like other places) they really are all about your pets. A friend reccomended this place to me and I definitely reccomend them to you!

Today I visited this Veterinarian office for the first time. My pup was in alot of pain and yelping from her being older and throwing out her back. My normal vet was closed and after contacting many of vets, this office was the only one willing to see her right away. I was so happy to hear that she was going to get the attention and care she needed. The staff was all extremely helpful and caring the entire time in the visit. The veterinarian herself was extremely kind and really easy to work with. She explained everything she was looking at while looking over my dog and explained in detail the best way for her to recover. The vet also answered all questions and concerns without the rushing the visit. You can tell they care for the animals seen as if they were their own family. My dog is actually already doing better after the visit. I am extremely thankful for this office and how they conducted business that I have decided to switch all of my animals (I have a mini zoo haha) over to this location going forward. Thank you again for your kindness and services. I look forward to bringing all my furbabies here in the future. PS. the hours of this vet are amazing and prices were extremely affordable.

I rarely take the time to review places I go, but I had such an amazing experience here that I had to share. After a long night of work I noticed one of my cats was acting weird and seemed to had something going on with his mouth. I called valley animal hospital the minute they opened the next morning ( a Saturday ) the woman I spoke to on the phone was so kind and seemed to tell I was in a bit of a panic. She managed to fit me in despite the fact that it was no notice and Id never been a patient there due to the fact Id moved to this area only a few months ago. Once I got there the front desk staff were all friendly, smiling, and helpful. I barely waited at all to be seen. The first tech was great, she then sent in Dr Meves . He knew right away that my poor fur baby had somehow dislocated his jaw . Dr Meves was just plain amazing and took the time on a Saturday to fix my baby right up. I am so grateful that he and the staff took such good care of my Dany , and treated me so well. I will definitely be switching to them as my permanent vet ! Thank you thank you thank you!! - Joey and Dany
