I had a terrible cough for 9 months and I went to see three ENT doctors, a pulmonoligist, and a few family physicians, and an allergy specialist. All of them gave me very strong medications such as steroid and antibiotics. However, my cough never stopped. The accumulated bills for all these doctor visits were easily over a couple of thousand dollars. I also lost my voice for two weeks due to the violent cough and the cough was even worse during night time. My ENT doctor told me I have a bad chronic sinusitis and he recommended to do a endoscopic surgery. Just before I was about to do my surgery, I went to see my dentists, Dr. Jenny Chang, for my regular visit. I told her about my cough issue. Dr. Chang took a CT scan on me, within 10 min, she showed me the images. She saw areas of congestion and issues in my mouth that could lead to cough. She did a laser treatment for my tongue and taught me how to exercise my tongue. The next day, a lot of drainage came out, and more and within the next two days. Dr. Chang also recommended me to buy the salt cleanse that I could use at home to continue clean up my airway. I was first skeptical about it. But after follow Dr. Changs advise, my cough completely stopped!!!!!!!! This is a miracle. My lung and my sinus were completely detoxed and I finally can sleep through the night without coughing. Dr. Chang really cured me when no one else could. The best part was, she did it without giving me any medications or surgeries. Moreover, Dr. Chang continued to check on me and see how I am doing. She is an incredible doctor and very knowledgeable. She is more than a traditional dentist. I am so thankful. Thank you Dr. Chang!

I was referred to this practice, a couple of years ago, by my dentist of 30 years standing when he took an early retirement. The office is not an easy commute from my home town but the level of professional care and cheerful friendliness that I have experienced will keep me coming back. I have been delighted by the attention paid to my dental care. The office staff - ladies all with great smiles - make sure that my schedule is accommodated and that I fully understand the treatment, the billings and any insurance coverage. The hygienists and dental assistants have displayed great patience and caring to go along with their professionalism. The dentist to whom I was originally referred recently retired himself. I am now under the care of a young man that I will be happy to be with for as long as I need dental care! He is clearly an outstanding practitioner but always surprises me with the amount time and trouble he takes to ensure that I understand the detail of my treatment and the alternatives. For someone who has needed much dental treatment - not having grown up under "fluoride", I have stumbled into a much better care situation than I could ever have anticipated. This Practice has my absolute highest recommendation.

Dr. Chang Dental Group is the best dental group that I have been to. I recently had a few dental procedures done over the past year at this office and everything was great. I am very thankful that I found this office. Dr. Chang and staff were able to develop a comprehensive treatment plan to ultimately correct the dental cosmetic issue that had been bothering me. Dr. Shea performed two gum grafts which healed wonderfully. Dr. Chang input a new crown and veneer (one next to the other on the two front teeth) that are perfect! The result is better than I could have ever hoped for and I am so ecstatic that my smile now looks absolutely amazing!! Thank you! I highly recommend going to this office for any dental procedure and regular cleanings/checkups. All of the staff at Dr. Changs office are very nice and accommodating to their patients. I also recently had a dental cleaning with Sergio and it was great! You will leave the office with a smile :)

My mother needed implants for most of her back teeth. Weve literally took a year to research and visited 5 different dental offices to get different opinions and quotes. We chose Dr. Jenny Chang dental in Boston because they were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My mom started her implant process with Dr. Lee, the Periodontist Implant Specialist. She also met with Dr. Jenny Chang on various occasion. We were very impressed with her model of my moms teeth, which is one reason why we chose this office as well. Because my moms bone is very narrow, it require a very highly skilled specialist to work on her case. Dr. Lee have extensive knowledge and experience in this area. I was extremely impressed with the technologies they have in the office as well. We are very happy with Dr. Jenny Chang dental office. All the staff at the office were very friendly. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for any dental work!

I had a premolar implant surgery at Metrowest Family Dental with Dr. Gatti. I dealt with a lot of frustrations with insurance, but the front desk staff, especially Joanna and Vicki, were very courteous and helpful, and were very supportive in their endeavor to help me get the most benefits from my insurance. Dr. Gattis surgery was fantastic - very quick, painless recovery, and I felt very reassured throughout my many pre-surgical appointments as Dr. Gatti explained in depth the benefits of the procedure and made sure I understood everything that was going on. He sat down with me to go over my CT scan and radiographs and walked me through a variety of options, so I felt comfortable making my own choices with his expert opinion. The entire staff was very friendly and supportive throughout the whole process, and made an extra effort to make my procedure convenient.

Let me say, first, that nothing went wrong in my appointment. But I find dental work stressful and invasive, even when its just a check-up. Ive been in this practice for several years, and I tire of the apparent revolving door for staff. I was seen by yet another unfamiliar hygienist. Because I was due for full X-rays (which experience is perfectly awful, by the way), I needed to be seen by a dentist. My dentist leaves earlier than my appointment began (I needed a late-afternoon time because of my work schedule), so I was told _at the appointment_ that I would have to come back in the near future at a time when my dentist is in the office, for a follow-up to the X-rays. Why couldnt I have been notified beforehand and offered a rescheduled appointment? One day Ill overcome my inertia and will find a new practice. Im tired of dealing with this one.

I am a current patient at Metrowest Family Dental and have been for a number of years. Currently, I am undergoing a procedure involving a dental implant with Dr. Mario Gatti. I was pretty nervous about the surgery and all it entailed, but Dr. Gatti was excellent at walking me through each step and making sure I understood exactly how he was going to proceed. When it came time to put the surgical screw in, the procedure itself was done expertly and I didnt even feel anything. I would highly recommend Dr. Gatti to anyone who wants an efficient yet thorough experience. Additionally, Sarah and Joanna at the front desk are always very kind and helpful in guiding me through the financial aspects and insurance details of every visit. They helped sign me up for a CareCredit account so that I can better finance my current procedure. --Maria
