Dr. John Madden, who also teaches at Tufts Dental School, heads up this Concord dental office. He just saved one of my teeth. I had resigned myself to having it pulled, when he suggested trying one last thing. He removed the bad part of the tooth, then was able to secure a crown to the little bit that was left. It works great. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Madden. Today, he did it again. I had another tooth with cracks and a lot of other bad stuff. Many dentists would have just pulled it. Dr. Madden persevered and was able to save it. Hes a great dentist. Highly recommend him.

What an amazing place! As soon as you walk through the door you are welcomed by the sweetest person behind the front desk. Wendy is always so cheerful and full of smiles as she checks me in for my appointment. Dr.Madden is by far the best dentist I have ever seen and is very well educated on everything that has to do with teeth. The assistant is absolutely wonderful and is on top of everything, it will be hard to not smile when you are around her. I think its just about impossible to have a bad experience here.

Dr. Madden is skilled, gentle, and incredibly knowledgeable in his field. The office is efficient, and is outfitted with the latest equipment/technology, which instills confidence that you are in good hands. You are!! No one likes going to the dentist, but Dr. Madden takes away the stress and pain. Plus, hes funny!
