I dont understand how this office continues to be rated #1 with the readers choice awards. Received 2 texts to confirm my appointment . After sitting in the dentist chair for 1/2 hour I was told the dentist was on his way, he thought he had a later appointment with me. I asked how much longer and was told another 1/2 hour. If I arrived 1/2 hour late for my appointment do you think I would have been seen? Class act..no call from an office manager or the dentist himself apologizing for the time I had to take off from work for an appointment that never happened. Patients must not have anything better to with their time. I did go home and find another dentist that knows how to read a schedule. On another note, one of the office workers berated me after a cleaning because I told her my cleaning was covered 100%. She raised her voice and said "you expect this is done for free?" I asked her to call my insurance company, which she never did because the following week they were still looking for money for the cleaning. Very unprofessional all around.

if you have any anxiety at all about the dentist then these people are not for you. No "bed side manner" at all and if you have a issue they will tell you not to r/s with them and go somewhere else. Front desk really has no idea what is going on.They actually callled me while I was waiting in the office and asked why I was late! Then they said was all set and was 100 % covered yet I still got a huge bill even though my insurance was "in network" dont go here there are better places I am sure and I am on my way to a new one myself. I am all set with letting a money hungry place drill my head out

Dr. Sargent is the best. I moved away from the area and had to go to another dentist who ruined my bite, Dr. Sargent had it fixed in no time, and the clicking in my jaw is now gone. The crowns hes put in are indistinguishable from my regular teeth (the one the other dentist does NOT). The best way to describe him is he is a tooth geek - Ive never met a dentist who was more excited about what he does. Hes very popular, rarely takes new patients, but if you can get in to see him hes the best there is!
