I visited the Aspen Dental in Natick, MA this past month, & was astounded by the overall service I received. I had lost a tooth a few years back. People always remarked about my smile, that it was one that lit up a room. However, when I lost that tooth, I then became very self conscious about my smile, in that it was very noticeable since it was my left canine tooth that I lost. I trained myself to only half smile for the past 2 years, feeling restricted & embarrassed.This even led to my not taking care of my teeth nearly as well as I used to, in that I just felt very down about "losing my smile." I was greeted promptly by a very friendly Lori at the front desk. She had me fill out my paperwork & was very nice. She got me into the office to be seen right away. Sue who then took my X-rays was very efficient & fast. She was very pleasant & had a refreshing demeanor being from Texas. I was then seen by Dr Matthews & she was very detailed in explaining my current overall dental health. It had been a few years since I had been to a dentist, so I was a bit nervous. Turns out I was not in as bad of shape as I feared, & she was also great at putting my mind at ease, verbally mapping out what she thought my long term game plan should be. Marie then took my dental mold so that I could be fitted for a flipper (false tooth attached to a retainer). She was very friendly & professional also, & was also very funny & entertaining. Riad was the next person I dealt with. He was very enthusiastic about helping get me sorted with my flipper. He even stayed late that day to help create it for me that same day. It fit perfectly & it was such an unexpected pleasant surprise that I had my smile returned to me that same day! It had been over 2 years since I felt comfortable to do a full large unadulterated smile without feeling worried about how I would look. This is my temporary fix that works wonderfully, as I also make my way to an implant procedure. Regardless, as silly as this may sound to say, having this flipper made me feel more like me again for the first time in years. Like a new lease on life! The manager Kim was overly thorough & made sure I was more than 100% satisfied with my overall experience there. It was a pleasant surprise to also find a working staff that ALL were proficient & worked well together. Everyone was very receptive to Kims desire to make sure that I was taken care of beyond any expectations I could have asked for. She was extremely professional AND friendly. A week later I was seen by Dr Lee to install my dental abutment (the fake root that is installed as the first step of a dental implant). His professionalism was ASTOUNDING to me, to where it even inspired my questioning & reevaluating my own level of precision in my work ethic! I was very nervous of the pain involved with this process. There really was none whatsoever, to my surprise, & the execution of his work really blew me away. This office already has provided me with the best experiences I have ever had with a dental office. EVERY single person I dealt with took very good care of me, & I do not have anything but stellar things to say about this branch & all of its respective employees. Thank you very much Natick Aspen!

5 star experience! I stopped going to any dentist for a few years because it was always a miserable experience, with rude staff who made me feel awful about myself. Every time I left any other dentist I would be in tears. But not at Aspen! I came to Aspen upon a friends referral who also had a great experience here. I drove way out of my way to go to this office and sure am glad I did. The staff was extremely professional and friendly. Mireille at the front desk was prompt and super helpful when I couldnt figure out my insurance information...I would have been very annoyed but she was extremely patient and her and Kim made a few calls to track some stuff down and figure everything out for me! The office manager Kim was also the best I have ever dealt with. She was very personable with all her clients and went out of her way to make sure everybody was comfortable and and all set. The staff was very attentive to her and I really felt as if everybodys goal was to just make sure I was happy! She even went out of her way to periodically check in on every patient while they were being worked on, and followed up with everybody there. The office was very clean and the dentists were super friendly. They were making jokes and talking with me as they worked with me...keyword here is worked WITH me. Usually when I go to a dentist, I feel like I am going to a car dealership and getting swindled out of everything. The dentist involved me in the work, explaining what needed to be done and WHY. They were very understanding to my needs and I didnt feel at all judged by my hideous teeth. Usually when I go to a dentist, if they tell me I need work done, I also never know if it is completely necessary. They were able to break down everything for me in a straightforward and concise way. They made everything manageable for me. Everybody there seemed to really enjoy their jobs, and it really shows in how they treat their customers. I never fill out reviews or surveys, but the staff at Aspen truly deserves some recognition here. I will definitely be referring my friends to this office, and am actually not dreading my next visit to the dentist...who would have thought such an awesome staff could make such a drastic difference!

For the past five years or so, I have been ashamed and embarrassed of my mouth, in particular several teeth that had been extremely decayed in the front, to the point where it has been extremely difficult for me to even give a full smile, let alone even tell a single person about my problem. To make matters worse, I have a fear of any kind of medical facilities, hospitals, dentist offices, etc. However due to the increasing severity of my decaying teeth I decided to conquer my fear,and finally pay a visit to Aspen Dental. I can safely say, this was one of the best decisions I have ever made. My fears were instantly laid to rest within minutes of walking through the door. Never in my life have I encountered such a level of professionalism, and desire to deliver nothing but the best service and care for a person in need of help. Kim, the office manager was extremely thorough and professional, and all the while very comforting and pleasant. Marie, and Susan the dental assistants that helped with my case, were also pleasant and professional. After my full dental exam, it was decided that I needed to return for three fillings, which I was more than reluctant to do. Dr. Sourial, whom gave the full dental exam, and did my fillings, was hands down,without a doubt the best doctor I have ever experienced. Her level of professionalism and thoroughness was absolutely astounding. It feels amazing to not be ashamed of my mouth anymore. You have no idea, the amount of confidence it has restored to me. I no longer have to hide anything, I can smile with assurance, and that means more than anything to me. I am forever greatful to the staff at Aspen Dental in Natick. Thank you so much!
