I went to the Old Town office for about three months for a broken elbow this year. I switched to Jackson Clinics because I felt the physical therapy clinic I previously went to for plantar fasciitis was not as professional as it could be and bilking my insurance company for additional funds. I was thrilled with my experience here. The place is clean and contemporary. The staff were outstanding - very professional, honest and either steered me away from or did not recommend services I did not need. Kristen Landers was my physical therapist - knowledgeable, friendly and effective. Hilary Sentell was my trainer - very friendly and motivating for someone who often tries to rush through or avoid exercising entirely. Although I hope not to need physical therapy again, if I did, I would go back here in a heartbeat.

I had a great experience going to Jackson Clinics! The Front Desk is very friendly and remembers you by name. My therapist was Mason who was nice, thorough, and fun to talk to. The location was perfect for me since I could walk from my home. The facility was always very clean and well-organized. This place was much more professional than other physical therapy locations in the area. All of the therapists show that they really care about seeing their patients progress and ultimately have a full recovery. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing physical therapy in the Alexandria area.

This was my third visit to the Jackson Clinic. All three times for different injuries and in all cases they have not been a problem since physical therapy. This time round I dislocated my patella and worked with Donnie and Hillary to get moving again. After two visits a week for six weeks I am back to doing what I did before my injury and have even added a few new workouts. I hope that I never have to see them again, but if I do need therapy I will definitely be coming back.

Ive had a great experience with physical therapy at the Jackson Clinic in Old Town. I was seen by Donnie, Hilary, and Beth, all of whom were friendly, informative, and professional at all times. The front desk staff is warm and welcoming and were able to fully address my insurance questions. I would recommend the Jackson Clinic - Old Town to anyone looking to receive physical therapy and would return there for future rehabilitation.

I did my post-knee surgery physical therapy at Jackson Clinics and had a great experience. Mason, Elwira, and Kristin were always kind and patient, but made sure I kept pushing myself to progress. Theyre all very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to address my concerns. Im happily hiking again and thankful for their care!

The therapists and assistants are very professional and knowledgeable. I have seen other therapists for the same issues. They kept things from getting worse, but Mason and the assistants actually made things much better. Their office staff are friendly and helpful.
