We have been going to Canyon View Animal Hospital for over three years now. We have owned dogs for +15 years now and have never received the great care we now get at Canyon View! I think that the hospital works very hard to make it a very cohesive group and the communication between the three doctors, along with the vet techs and the people up front is really great! This is important so that you do not have to tell your story to several people before you finally get a problem solved on the phone or at their hospital, like some other hospitals that are so huge you never see the same doctor when you go! The doctors are Awesome and I feel very comfortable with their expertise when caring for my beautiful bedlington terriers. I am thankful I have found them. I have never felt pressure to do any extra testing, but still comfortable that the doctors are very thorough! They are warm and sensitive to your worries and needs and I always feel better when I leave there instead of still being concerned because of the loving, individualized care that they give you. I would not hesitate to send anyone there for care of their loving pet. In fact, I have referred several people there and they still go to Canyon View and love the care!. I also love the reminders for any upcoming treatment that our pups need such as tests or injections. Thank you Canyon view for making our lives easier and taking such great care of our girls!!!!!!!!! * * * * *Dr. Jennifer Heim is our regular vet there & is an excellent physician& we LOVE her!. She is SO smart, loving and funny.

This was our first visit and we couldnt be more thrilled to have found the wonderfully talented, caring and attentive staff of Canyon View Animal Hospital. Dr. Patterson is a breath of fresh air in a field full of vets that are more concerned with collecting revenue than doing whats best for the animal. One of her greatest skills is the ability to listen fully as we explained the challenges were having with our new rescue dog. After a decade of using a large local animal hospital, wed forgotten what it was like to be treated with this level of service. She developed a realistic treatment plan for us; a plan we can actually perform on a daily basis. Dr. Patterson made us feel that we are true partners in the care of our dog. So much so, that weve decided to entrust the care of all of our animals to Canyon View Animal Hospital. Wed be remiss if we didnt mention that it takes more than a great doctor to provide an outstanding patient experience. All of the staff we encountered at CVAH, from reception to vet assistants are just genuinely attentive, caring people. They deserve as much recognition of their efforts and role in the overall patient experience. If youre considering entrusting the healthcare of your animal(s) to Canyon View Animal Hospital, you can stop looking. Pick up the phone and call them now. Theyre the best choice, the right choice and the only choice you should make when it comes to your pets healthcare. I have been bringing my animals to Paula Bumpers at Canyon View pretty much ever since the doors first opened.From my many ferrets over the years to the latest addition to our household, a beautiful cocker spaniel, Paula has always given all of my animals the best possible care. My ferrets, who have truly been the love of my life for many years, my kids, were fortunate enough to have had Paula in their lives so they were able to live long happy lives. Paula always took the time to keep up on everything that was happening in the Ferret veterinary world so she always knew what to do whenever my kids got sick. Many times I should have lost one of them, but because of Paulas skills and knowledge, they were given a second chance at life,She is a very unique Veterinarian and an exceptional human being in that she truly loves animals. She always puts her heart and soul into giving every animal the best care possible. For Paula, its never been about the money, it is about her true love of animals and that makes all of us very fortunate to be able to bring our kids to her for care. I would & do recommend her to everyone I come in contact with that needs a kind, caring Veterinarian.

CVAH is a great and smart place to bring your pets that you love. I have two dogs that have both been there several times, for their annual check up as well as any kind of emergencies. I have also brought other dogs for friends and clients here when needed and they are very caring and give wonderful advice and solutions. They dont try to rip you off on services that are not necessarily needed for your animals, and if you decline, they dont make you feel like a bad pet owner because of it. I have called them just for advice on my dogs and they vets and the assistants are helpful and informative, even over the phone. You can book your appointments online as well, which is a plus. Also, for a vets office, it isnt extremely overpriced at all. I highly recommend anyone in the Ken Caryl or Littleton area to make this place your pets doctors office.

I have never been so impressed with a veterinary staff. I have brought my ferrets to both Dr. Bumpers and Dr. Patterson. Both are extremely knowledgeable without being the least bit arrogant. They very respectfully explained my pets health concerns to me without leaving out information or dumbing things down more than necessary. They charge very reasonable prices and even refunded me for a medication that I was sent home with after a test showed I didnt need it. This is something other vets have refused to do. Every member of Canyon Views Staff was very kind to me during an extremely difficult period. Dr Bumpers especially went out of her way to console me when I ultimately lost my pet. I consider myself a very tough customer to please when it comes to veterinary care and I was blown away by this staffs compassion and professionalism.

I have used Canyon View and Dr.Bumpers since I moved to the Littleton area in 2003. Since then I have received nothing but the best service anyone could get from a private vet practice. Recalling one event in particular: I was at home when my pet became very ill. It was in the winter time and the temperatures were low. We only have one car and it was with the other members of the family at the time. That didnt stop me from taking my pet to the vet. I walked over 4 miles to get there, the entire time keeping my pet warm as I could by keeping them in my coat. When I arrived the staff saw to my animals problems right away. Knowing I had walked in, after they had cared for my animal the staff got someone to take me home so that I would not have to walk in the cold. THESE PEOPLE CARE!! DR.BUMPERS IS THE BEST!!

Wow. Thats all I can say. My cat, and friend, of 16 years became suddenly very ill. I took her in to Canyon View Animal Hospital. They were very professional and caring for my cat. She was there for 3 days, and the care and compassion they showed her is so greatly appreciated. The fee for the care they provided her was very reasonable (all day hospital care, IVs, feeding, etc). On the 4th day, her conditon worsened to the point I had to say goodbye to her (no fault of the hospital). There is no way I can express enough gratitude to Dr Paula and the staff for their caring actions on this day. Their soothing words, the memorial keepsake they provided me, their sympathy, and then 3 days later, the personalized condolence card signed by the staff. Amazing facility.
