I took my puppy there for all his first set of shots and was treated by a very rude vet and 7 months later he got parvo we took him back when the dog was only at the start of the virus they said they would check him out and ran a bunch test that he didnt need one day he was doing fine and I asked if we could take him home with some type of home treatment and the rude vet said that if I want to put him down its a shame because hes doing so well here, I said im just asking if there are other treatment options and he jumped down my throat so we decided to leave him there and then the next day he died this was today 12/9/11 I dont recommend this place all they care about is money not your dogs life and if you cant pay your animal will pay with its life.... be carefull people please if you love your dog or cat as much as we loved ours find a better place

I am giving all stars because I have been taking my two dogs here for about 5 years and I can say that my husband and I are happy to have finally found a vet that cares so much for our boys. The doctor remembers them and their medical history whenever we go. They are very honest when it comes to procedures they need and dont need. If he believes it is not needed he will not try and make you waste your money like most vets. They are sweet and patient with both of my dogs. Staff at the front desk is always kind and welcoming. Only thing I would like is see if they offer a notification via mail like other vets when the puppies are due for shots.

We loved this place. Our female cocker spaniel had a urinary tract infection and they got us an appointment the same day. When we got there, there were separate entrances for cats and dogs which I like because our dog likes to chase cats. We walked in, filled out the new patient form and they took us straight back. We were only there a total of 30 minutes which is incredibly fast for a veterinarian visit! The only thing I didnt like was that they didnt give us a breakdown of charges before it was time to pay. But, thats our fault for not asking questions. We will definitely be going back!

Dont take your pets here. The doctor is rude and when you dont give him the answer he wants helol start giving you attitude. The short white doctor who wears the glasses and shakes while he talks, will wait until after they have your dog in the back and then hit you with other fees and when you tell them your not paying they try to keep your dog. Avoid this place and its surprise fees

I love the staff and especially the vet he has very affordable prices! You can see they have so much love for all pets he has been my vet for four years and I would not change him for nothing in this world!! Has always been very helpful and anytime I call they always tell me bring your pet they will never say no! Love them all very sweet and attentive thank you!

My Dog past away and i had a friend take him here to get cremated and these women would not get off their phones. They were rude. When he was bringing jack in they didnt even bother to open the door for him. They kept laughing and I absolutely think theres no humor in these situations. Id never recommend this place to anyone ever.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Garick and Dr. Robaugh for almost 10 years now. My babies (all three of them...1 lab and 2 chows) love them! Even Oso, who is a 12 year old grumpy chow chow likes going to the vet. They have saved his life several times. I cannot thank them enough.

Dr. Rohrbaugh has saved many of my family pets from having to be put down. I have now taken my pets three times for broken backs and he was able to bring them all back to walking. He amazing.

Dog pasted away and the 2 ladies at the wrong desk were very inconsiderate. I had to bring the dog inside and they were to busy on there phones to hold the door open for me.

Ive been to several veterinarians in El Paso and Dr. Garrick is by far the best. He has done everything he could for my two dogs and cat. Dont go anywhere else but him!
