My wife and I have been very happy with the care and treatment our cats have received at Briggs Chaney Animal Hospital. We have one cat who is pretty old and dealing with some issues. The staff and doctors not only provided great advice early on but each time weve called with follow-up questions or to check medication details the staff has taken time to really understand the issues and provide accurate information. They also obviously take an interest in our pets, and the other pets they treat. We had been to another veterinarian in the area previously and felt like we were "processed" with minimal time taken by the doctor to really understand what was going on. Thats not the case with this team. Thanks.

One of my Manx cats took off for >month.& put on gentle-that has worked wonders - no longer takes to running off. Staff is terrific, long as your a steady paying client.Retired)Vet had all my records transferred to NEW LOCATION- NOTE: the Briggs Chaney Animal Hosp.MOVED to Burtonsville Animal Hospital, ON Rt 198, zip 20866. NOT on Old Columbia Pike,as addressed. Dont let it throw you. Church lot in rear may be used. No disappointment in Care of YOUR PAID FOR pet; Highly recommend Dr.Suzanne Roberts/Dr. Banish & staff. Today, (6/16), however, i was refused help for ~ a 7 wk old/partial (or entirely)beautiful kitten-trying to use litterbox; but unsuccessful. Dont drive. No return call. let it die?

Dr Robin and her staff are so attentive, professional and caring. BC has taken care of my first toy poodle, "NaNu" who was with us for 17 years; then our 2nd poodle "BaBu" that we had for 14 years. We are now on our 3rd toy "TaTu" and would not dream of taking him anywhere else. She has always alerted us to special needs for the babies and never hesitated to recommend a specialist when needed! Toy poodles need special care and their medical dosages have to be especially monitored due to their size. I trust Dr. Robin! She has always been there for my "boys"! Their appointment schedule is easy to work with and they are open late weekdays and on Saturdays!!

This is the best animal hospital I have ever been to. As a military member, I have traveled around the world and have seen many vet clinics. The clinic is not the largest or cleanest. Their animal housing area needs some scrubbing down and upgrades, but other than that. the service is first class. The doctor cares very much about her patients and does follow-up phone calls from day one to weeks out to see how things are going. The prices are fair for the locale, a little higher than what I paid at my last duty station, but fair. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who as a pet in need.

I have taken my pets to Dr. Robbins for over 10 years now. I now have 2 cats and 2 dogs (all rescues) and their care is always superb while keeping the costs reasonable.. The office staff is awesome and always willing to take time to answer any of my concerns when I phone. And they can always fit in an appointment for emergencies. Dr. Robbins is so caring, gentle, and kind toward my pets and always takes the time to explain any procedure or diagnosis that may come up. I have total confidence in her practice and will continue to take my pets to her in the future.

The Staff and and especially the Doctor, have got to be the best in the DMV. They are caring and truly concerned about the health and welfare of your animal. They have taken care of my Pit for several years now and in an emergency they have never hesitated to help him even in short notice they have never said we cant. Could not ask for a more experienced and perfect Vet and staff. If you dont have Briggs Chaney Animal Hospital, then you dont have the Best.

I have been going to BCAH for more than 20 years. They have cared for my dogs and cats. I really love the people there - they are caring and professional. Dr. Robbins will call me with the results of tests and thoroughly answers my questions. The office manager, Vanessa, "gets me" and always understands my questions. In addition, the rates are great!! I have referred many people to BCAH and will continue to do so.

We have been a part of the Briggs Chaney "family" for over 14 years. They are the best. We recently had to put our "baby" down but only after the staff did all they could to try to help him. They are very kind, compassionate and considerate towards both their 4 legged clients but also towards their human clients. If we ever get another pet, Briggs Chaney Animal Hospital will definitely be a part of our family again.

I love this veterinarian because I always see the same person, Dr. Robbins, who is gentle and kind. She remembers my dog, is attentive to my questions and concerns, and suggests less expensive and invasive treatments whenever possible. The rest of the staff is polite and helpful. I have been going to Briggs Chaney Animal Hospital for over 8 years and have been very happy there.

Favorably impressed with Briggs Chaney Animal Hospital. Ive taken two of my cats there for teeth cleaning and extraction, and things have gone well. They are also significantly cheaper than my usual vet, so its worth the extra drive to go to BCAH for something that would be expensive closer to home. Staff and doctor are pleasant and professional.
