Dr. Padma Yadlapalli is an ANGEL on earth. My dog Smoochy is 13 and has been having urinary tract infections over the past year. I moved to MD last year from GA. My financial situation has changed over the past 3 years and I have found myself in a position that is tough to handle financially. I was trying to band-aid my dogs problems by treating it with antibiotics and Dr. kept telling me that we need to find out what was causing them but I told her I couldnt do that right now. Finally, Dr Padma said we have to find out no more antibiotics I will treat smoochy and she came up with a plan for me to pay her. I am so grateful to Dr. Padma and she really is a beautiful person. I see her as angel and I swear when she walks into the room I hear music. She is a gentle beautiful Angel on this earth. Thank you Dr. Padma!! Smoochy and I love you.

Dr. Y ! You are awesome ... Words and words are all we can say a big Thank You from bottom of our heart. I would call Freetown Hospital more of a home than Clinic for Champ. If I could give Freetown 10 Stars I would. I was breeder myself and see many doctors in my life but never come across such an animal lover. Champ always so comfortable with Dr.Y to get great treats and treatment. Dr. Y , you have been such a source of support to us as a family in this hour of grief. Thanks to the entire staff for all the care you gave our beloved Champ (Pinelight Oscar) and a bigger "thank you" to assist him out of his pain and misery. I would highly recommend Freetown. By the way pricing is so reasonable and sometimes I notice she waves few fees.

This veterinary office is truly one of a kind. When you walk in, you notice how everything is as clean, or cleaner, than most human doctors offices. They volunteer a tour of the facility, ALL OF IT. They also welcome visits to make your pet comfortable. The staff is very friendly, Professional, attentive and courteous. They always spoil all the pets with treats and attention. They greet you and get you checked in quickly. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional, and only does what is best for your pet. Dr. Y is great. She listens to your concerns and explained what they are doing as they are performing the exam. I dont think I could ever find a vet quite as good as this one! This place is the best.

This office is the best that I have ever found. I drive over 30 minutes, but wouldnt even entertain the idea of searching for a closer vet. Dr. Y and all of the staff are sweet, professional, and accommodating. They were able to be supportive when I had to put my dog to sleep, and they were able to celebrate months later when we adopted a new dog. They know me and my pets by name and its obvious that they truly care.

This is the worst place to take your pet. It is my opinion that they even do unnessesary tests just to get the price up. My dog has diabetes and they will not give you a script, meaning you have to buy the insulin there. They jack up the price so much that you cant afford it. They are basiclly killing my dog. Do NOT bring your pet here if you want to keep it alive...

Ive been in the dog training industry for 48 years, and have had the good fortune of finding Freetown Animal Hospital. Dr. "Y" and her friendly, professional, accommodating staff have proven to be way beyond 5* Im more comfortable with Dr. "Y" than I am with my own personal physician. Theres just not enough good things to say about Freetown that would do them justice.

The staff at Freetown are top notch. They pay attention to what you have to say about any concerns with our dogs. When our one dog got sick and needed to be put down, Dr. Y was very sympathetic and caring and took good care of us and the pup. Would highly recommend for well and sick dogs.

We took our dog to the Freetown Animal Hospital to have his teeth cleaned and received outstanding service from Dr. Yadlapalli and her staff. She is an excellent veterinarian and took the time to answer all of our questions. The price was also very reasonable.

This place is great for cat checkups and well being. Theres rarely a wait, the doctors are skilled and can keep even the most poorly behaved cat patients under control, and the prices are reasonable.
