I went in December with the sole purpose of getting a refill prescription for my contact lens as I see an Ophthalmologist every other year. The Dr. there wanted me to try a new kind and said if I didnt like them better to just come back and he would give me a prescription for the same thing I was used to. I went back and they refused unless I go through another exam.That is not acceptable! They have lost my business and also recommendation.

Ive been going to these guys since before they opened (inside joke)....but seriously they are the best and friendliest group of people and make the eye apts for me and my family fun and informative. Dr Helm takes great care of our eye care needs...Casey is delightful and all the others are good, genuine people who care and its evident...they love their job!

Terrible Experience! They dont inform you of there policy (30% restocking fee) ESPECIALLY when its there mistake! You should NOT have to pay a restocking fee for glasses that you dont accept! Per the staff "its written on back of the receipt"...OK then, Ill make sure to read all the fine print from now on! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!
