I scheduled my appointment for an annual visit and check for possible glasses prescription due to my recent blurred vision. I have vision insurance but they kept telling me that I need to use my medical insurance because they are specialists. When I arrived there, I was told I have to pay additional fees that the medical insurance wouldnt cover for the prescription test. I told them once again that I have vision insurance and they said sorry but we cant use your vision insurance. So, I drove 30 min each way, took time off work and absolutely wasted my time because the staff forgot to tell me about the additional fees over the phone!!! Very unprofessional and incompetent! Would not use this doctors office because they have no respect for their patients s time!!!

We had one of the best experiences at Milan Eye Center. When we got to the clinic we found out that our insurance didnt cover the visit unless we got a referral. This is where Emily at the front desk stepped in - and she was AMAZING! She called our Primary doctor and arranged for a referral and then rebooked our appointment to a time when the referral would come through. She showed a lot of empathy and was highly competent at solving a problem that most people would have simply said its your problem to deal with. Thanks to Emily, Milan Eye Center has earned our business, trust and recommendation. If you need an eye doctor, this is the place to go.

Dr. Sajja was amazing. He worked on upper eyelids on both eyes to make my face more symmetrical. I had gone to four other doctors to get their opinion on what to do and all of them said I needed to have my brows worked on. Dr. Sajja disagreed and spent two hours with me studying my face, eyes and situation running every test. I never felt rushed. The day of the surgery I had no pain, no bruising at all but it was naturally swollen but in three week It looked like I never had surgery. This practice and Dr. Sajja were superb: technical skill, bedside manner and the quality and excellent care I receive. I highly recommend Milan Eye care

I was having terrible pain in one of my eyes and was really worried. Dr. Patel did a total exam and determined that I had no damage. He prescribed a night ointment which has really solved my problem. During the exam he also explained that I had the beginning stage of cataracts but that I was OK for now and not to worry. When the time comes he assured me its a very successful operation. I so appreciate a doctor that will take time to explain things in detail! Linda

Just wanted to let everyone know how surprised I was with the level of service I received from Dr. Patel, his staff, and Emory Hospital. Why was I surprised? Because this level of service "AAA" is very rare in the times we live. I have a business and always notice the details. The combined effort with Emory was seamless and couldnt have been better in my opinion. Everything superseded my expectations!!! I cant thank them enough for this experience.

From beginning, with the ladies on the front desk, Diana and Carolyn, surgery prep with Judy, surgery with Dr. Desai, follow-ups with staff and Dr. Borgnini, accounting with Dawn and Karen, to the end, seeing 20/20 in both eyes for the first time since I was 10 (Im 84 now) I could not be happier with the care I was given at Milan Eye Center. Thank you all for taking the time to explain, lead and guide me through this process.

I have been so pleased with the treatment I received from Dr. Patel. Before I had my cataract surgery, he was so kind to explain everything in detail. I must say I was a little nervous about having the surgery and he was so patient to answer all of my questions. I decided to have the multifocal IOL lenses and now I see perfectly without having to wear glasses at all! I see like I did when I was a teenager! Thank you Dr. Patel

My experience at Milan Eye Center has been wonderful. I had upper eyelid surgery with Dr Sajja and the results were fabulous. I had no need for pain medication with the surgery and I was up and moving around the next day and driving in 2 days. Dr Sajja was friendly, professional, and patient and I am very pleased with the results of the surgery.

I love Dr Vira! I love Dr Vira. He is very considerate and kind. I had no discomfort during and after cataract surgery. His bedside manner is one of the best Ive experience. Before cataract surgery, my vision was getting really bad, however since surgery it is so much improved! I would recommend Dr. Vira to anybody and everybody!

I was highly recommended to Dr. Patel by another great doctor I really trust and I was extremely satisfied. Because of a previous surgery, my cataract surgery was not usual but Dr. Patel was able to help me. He is caring and kind. He also has a great staff. I really didnt mind waiting, as I know this to be true of great doctors.
