I must say I had such an amazing experience, from the waiting room with that beautiful waterfall and citrus water they offer to my appointment with the Doctor, I have been suffering from Acne my entire life and because of it I have acne scars and I was recommended this laser called Fraxel which I must say I was skeptical about but they had this great special going on that I had to take advantage of it... Wow!!! My face has improved after one treatment at least 60% aside from my acne scars looking better, my pores have shrunk, my skin is glowing, my husband even asked what I did to my face. I am looking forward to a second treatment and even a third... With these kind of results I will do as many as I need. My self esteem has gone through the roof, I am confident now and I cant thank Dr. Longwill and her staff enough for giving me this confidence and not to mention beautiful skin!!

I had my first appointment today, waited around 20 minutes or so which by the way is pretty darn good for any doctors office! I cant complain. I was seen by Dr.Longwill which is so beautiful! She has amazing skin and of course why wouldnt she, shes a dermatologist! But that just made me that much confident in having anything done. She was so down to earth and came up with this whole skin care regimen to help my rosacea, and of course I ended up doing a little bit of Botox and lip injections, which by the way looks amazing! I wanted a natural look and thats exactly what I got! Dr Longwill is such an artist and by the time I got to check out the girls were so kind and scheduled me back for a complimentary touch up in two weeks! I will recommend this office to all my friends and family.

After waiting half an hour with my baby, I learned that Dr. Longwill is too good for us busy moms. Who her patients are is anyones guess. I was called in by one of many staff members who told me they couldnt burn off some skin tags unless I paid $85 for each one!! I kept thinking "Do people really fall for that?!" It must be the stupid one percenters who were there who will believe anything. I swiftly asked for a refund of my copay and left. For sure, Ill be going back to my dermatologist who is further away, but treats his patients personally and provides real service for my $25 copay.

I went to Dr.Longwills office for a visit and she recommended laser hair removal treatments. I purchased hair removal treatments for my underarms and was severely burned from the lasers. I now have scars on my under arms from the burns. I went back for an emergency follow up with Dr. Longwill to discuss my burns/scars and she was extremely unprofessional, not once did she apologize for what was done to me. She was arrogant and made it seem as if it was my fault that this happened. Save yourself the headache, pain, and emotional stress...STAY AWAY from this place!!!!

I went there 4 times, no results for my skin condition. I went to another doctor and results in one day I got the results. My skin is cleaned and healthy. I dont recommend this office. They just want your money making you coming back to get the payments. Thats it. They dont even analize your skin or nothing. I dont recommend this office at all. Save yourself some time and frustration and avoid this office. Im still getting the bills for the great job they did with me.

I have given this place a few chances because of how punctual they are and how well everything is kept but the doctors dont meet my expectations. The only real dermatologist is Dr. Longwill the rest of them are physician assistants. I got helped by Karina last time which is a nurse practitioner. Debra only sees you for Botox or injectables. My mom has been getting injected here for a while and my opinion is they suck. Way better places here in Florida.

I felt rushed on my visit with the doctor a bit disappointed because the doctor was in a hurry and I didnt feel all of my issues were addressed , but I must say that the girl they have at the checkout (Genesis) is very helpful and takes the time to explain everything and even apologized for my unsatisfactory experience. They are lucky to have her because thanks to her my rating is 3 stars.

I made my appointment at 10am. Guess what its 11:00 am and was just called in to see Dr. Longhill. Lets see how long before I see her. She maybe a good doctor but she doesnt respect your time is just as valuable. I have given the office several chances. I think its time for me to find another doctor.

Awesome experience! The waiting area is clean and tranquil and has complimentary lemonade and cookies! And theres free valet parking as well. They knew there stuff very well. And were able to call be back as promised with my results, i was a happy camper, you wont regret going promise.
