I give this practice 3 stars. For starters, I would like to say that the front desk staff is very pleasant. From calling to get an appointment, I was helped very professionally by the girl answering the phone. She was very helpful in answering the many questions I have as well as getting me the soonest appointment. When I was coming in for my appointment, I was lost and the same girl on the phones was kind enough to guide me to their office and even walked outside to look for me and made sure I made it in time for my appointment. The front desk staff at check-in was very helpful and kind. The two girls helping me check-in were very helpful and assisted me very well although checking in many more patients at the same time. When the medical assistant brought me into a room, she was very professional and thorough when asking me what I was coming into the office for and made sure all of my problems and questions were addressed by Dr Price. Drs price was great! She had amazing bedside manners and was very professional in answering all of my questions and putting me on a regimen. I am very pleased with her treatment and understood everything I was being told to do. Heres where the bad parts begin to arise. When I was taking to the girl on the phones the couple times I called, there was a woman thats I could hear in the background that was screaming and cursing. I thought it was a one time thing but it seems like every time I called, it was the same woman cursing up a storm. When I came in for my appointment, I could hear a woman laughing and screaming from the back of the office and I would guess it would be the same woman. And it seems like this is normal there because I have friends that go there which referred me and they experience the same cursing in the background over the phone and in the office. I think that is very unprofessional. Overall, this practice is a 3 stars for the reasons given. I would recommend this office but the noise needs to go down for it to be a solid 5 stars.

I moved to miami while I was in the middle of taking a very high dosage of accutane. I met with Dr. Wang and she was amazing! She told I should take a lower dose of medicine over a longer period of time to help reduce dryness and redness in my face. I took her suggestion and it change my last 4 months of the medication for the better!!! After finishing she gave me options on how to get raid off/ reduce my acne scars through an acid peel treatment the office offers! The office staff is also amazing! Always smiling and super helpful! They also send reminder emails about your appointments which is a huge plus for me! I just did my 1st acid peel today- excited for the results! Having acne sucks but Dr. Prices office is showing me the light at the end of the acne struggle!

I usually come here to see Dr.Terry, which I love and usually dont have anthing to complain about, but my last visit I waited 45 minutes to be called in. Then I find out she had a last minute biopsy so I could wait another 45 minutes to see her, or be seen by another Dr. I was not happy about this whatsoever. I have to take off work to be there and do not like being treated as though my time is not taken into consideration. Because of this incident I opted for the second option to see the other Dr., Dr.Wang. Dr.Wang was very pleasant and had great bedside manners. I felt comfortable talking with her and she was very concerned about helping me make sure I could get a much needed medication at a price within my budget. I would reccomend a friend to Dr.Wang.

I did not even get to see the dr. I waited for 30 min in their ghetto waiting room. I went to the desk 3 times and once when they called my name. The front desk asst was too busy to help me and the two other girls in the area could not help because they did not work for that doctor. Each time I was told to go back and take a seat. Finally she asst stopped flirting, "fixing" the printer or chatting on the phone to "help" me. Here is the kicker: she tells me my appt was 30 min ago and she would have to ask the dr. if it was ok for her to see me. ummm yeah...im 30 minutes late because you MADE me wait 30 min in the waiting room IGNORING ME every time I went to the front desk to ask for the paper package for me to fill out. I walked out. Total joke of an office.

The first time I went to my appointment everything was good, not great but good. I was seen quickly and everyone was nice. Then when I went to my second appointment, I was checked in quickly in the front desk and I was taken to the room where I was going to be seen. There the assistant came and asked me questions and I thought the dermatologist would be quick, too. Well, the dr. Never came to see me even though I heard her saying that she had a patient. I soon decided to get up and leave. I dont know why I wasnt seen. What gets me angry is all the trouble I had to go through to get to her office that day. And I agree with the other reviewers that the place does feel very cold.

I am appalled at how factually inaccurate the previous negative reviews are and how little support they offer in their attempts to discredit Dr. Price. Dr. Price is a wonderful dermatologist with an impressive career.Her staff have always been courteous and attentive to my needs. I feel as though she is genuinely passionate about assisting her clients in reaching their goals. Dr. Price caters to many high-profile/confidential clients in South Florida further demonstrating her expertise and professionalism in the industry. I recommend her highly!

I have been going to Debra Price for everything skin related including cosmetic dermatology for over 25 years. I trust her implicitly and she has never steered me wrong. I have had reason to visit other dermatologists when traveling domestically and internationally and I can attest that her service and results are just incomparable. Not only would I highly recommend her, I wouldnt use anyone else. My three daughters began using her as they grew older and needed the services of a dermatologist and they would agree.... she is simply the best.

Im thoroughly confused by the positive reviews. This office felt as cold as Dr. Price was. Her bedside manner is atrocious and she was borderline rude. Her staff was nice enough, but seemed almost afraid of her. Dr.Price did not take the time to discuss my concerns, left me feeling like a test subject from a sci-fi movie and once my 2 minutes were up, pushed her product on me (though this is true for most derms). Stay far far far away!!! There are much better choices, especially in Miami

Im a man in my 70s with Rosacea. My visit with Dr. Price was uncomfortable because the staff appeared to be uncomfortable with me as a man up in years. I felt like a bald man in a beauty parlor. My treatment was abrupt and cursory. Dr. Price did take a biopsy and stitched me up but I never received the results. I think if they dont want to treat old men, they should not take medicare.
