Im very happy taking my daughter here she has suffered with atopic dermatitis since she was born. The physicians are always concerned about her and do what ever they can to help her. Thank you Yamile Alfaro for always doing your best for my daughter ( GC). The staff is awesome. Ive always been pleased with them. Thank you very much for helping my daughter feel and look like the beautiful woman she is. Its been a very hard road for her and she is getting the care she needs. God bless EVERYONE at Ciocca Group.

Horrible staff. They called me for giving me results in a very scary way. I went to my appointment and the doctor said it was ok nothing to worry about. Staff its horrible they care only about money and they treat you with out any considerations. They discuss your private information in front of the rest off the staff and other patient as well. There is no privacy at all. I am looking for a new dermatologist even do I have no problem with the Doctor is the staff which brings the practice down. Very sad!

Horrible staff, the P. A there is very nice, but the girls at the checkout desk are extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. Never had anyone at a doctors office get so high strung about me switching my insurance, even when I was asked how much it would be without insurance since this was such a huge issue she didnt bother to answer me. And turns out it wasnt a big issue. But a specific staff member felt the need to make the biggest deal about this. Looking for a new dermatologist.

My review is on my inability of making an appointment. This wouldve been my first visit. After 4 failed phone call attempts., 3 of which were hang-ups after wait times exceeding 6 mins each time, I give up. If this is any indication of how Dr. Cioccas staff attends to her patients, Ill pass. As a physician you should be involved in every aspect of your practice, which includes ease of making an appointment and your staffs professionalism.

I have been going to this doctors office for the past 5 yrs and I am very satisfied with both the doctors that have attended me and the staff. Unlike many other Dermatologist who are now more concerned with the aesthetics of the face and selling products that promote anti-aging. You feel like your being treated by someone that knows what a Dermatologist is all about your Health.

The staff truly are horrible.The doctors dont even seem to know what theyre doing,theyre just as clueless as the patient seeking help and information for their situation.I have wasted so many months here trying to give them a chance to help my situation but there has been no improvement for what I came here for.Dont waste your time and money coming here.

Dr. Ciocca is great. Shes very knowledgeable and caring. Ive been with her for over 15 years and counting... Recent staff changes have affected the customer service quality, but Im confident Dr. Ciocca will manage to get her team back to the excelllent level it was before.

I recommend a morning appointment. I had mine today at 9 am ( they open at 8am ) and the process was quick ! The dr saw me on time and I was in & out with what I needed ( dermatologist consultation ) in about half an hour. I recommend !

Absolutely terrible staff!! They told me they accepted my insurance over the phone then when I get there after killing myself in traffic and gas because they had changed locations, they tell me they didnt accept my insurance.

Been with Dr Ciocca for around 3 years and it has been the best experience with dermatologist I had for over 30 years. Extremely helpful, always with a happy smile and solving all my skin problems. Highly recommended.
