Yes, its a long wait and to the reviewer who said shes a dermatologist not an heart surgeon I will say this. Yes, emergencies do happen. Sometimes they are life threatening emergencies and if they happen to someone in your family, you will want this doctor at your side. We have been seeing Dr Falabella over 10 years and I will tell you, she is worth the wait. For that matter I suspect most other Dermatologists in the area would also say the same. Bring a book and be mindful when scheduling other appointments to minimize disappointments. Shes quite possibly the best in the business.

The wait is awful. I try to make my appointments before 9am. Even with the first appointment, there is still a wait. 2-3 hours seem to be the norm. I have complained several times about the wait, even personally to the doctor, who wasnt pleased that I was complaining. My time is money too. The response I got was that she has increased the time between appointments and if she had to increase it anymore, then there would be a longer wait time to get an appointment. So, I guess its ok to sit and wait 2-3 hours, or wait 4 months to get an appointment.

Every time we go its an hour wait until you get a room..then 20 minutes more. Each time I ask they say the same thing....she has an emergency. Shes a dermatologist not a heart surgeon
