I wish I could do zero stars. This was THE WORST experience I have EVER had at a doctors office. I will say I am a frequenter of doctors all over the place because I have moved so much in my life. My main OBGYN is in Cleveland Ohio. They found something on my pap that my doctor insisted was checked out. I made an appointment at gramery gynecology. I waited 30 minutes in the lobby to be seen by the doctor. I then waited another 15-20 minutes in the room. I KID YOU NOT, when the doctor walked in (Dr. Rachel Barr), she spent not more than 60 seconds telling me that since I am under 25, there is nothing "based on the guidelines" that she could do. She through my old doctors wishes out the window, and told me she couldnt do anything. I would have been ok with this..had they NOT CHARGED ME $87. I was FURIOUS! I pleaded for them to have some decency to get rid of the charge,....but they were not having it. I was going to fight it...but unfortunately, they never answer the phone. I have been very busy at work so I pretty much got over it...UNTIL I CAME HOME TONIGHT TO ANOTHER $125 bill. Are they kidding!?! This is insane. She spent less than a minute with me, and they are trying to charge me $300 according to this bill. I am assuming I should be expecting another bill. I HOPE NO ONE EVER DECIDED TO COME TO THE IRRESPONSIBLE DOCTORS OFFICE THAT AE TRYING TO SCAM YOUR MONEY. Good luck trying to actually reach them.

Horrendous experience each and every time Ive gone. Listen to the reviews - the front desk staff are rude, unprofessional, they cut you off/hang up on you on the phone, dont answer your questions, and are absolutely incompetent in the realm of insurance companies. Took me MONTHS to get an IUD inserted because they didnt know how to properly bill my insurance company (one of the most popular insurance companies, I might add)...if I wasnt on top of them almost daily for 6 weeks, Im sure my case would still be sitting in the queue. Not to mention the fact that they sent me a bill for hundreds of dollars almost six months after another procedure that they assured me was covered before I booked it...now that I have my IUD, Ill most certainly be looking for another OBGYN. Dr. Barr is lovely and reassuring but not worth dealing with her staff.

Hands down the most unprofessional practice I have ever been to. I saw an NP and asked to see a pamphlet of information on the different types of contraception available and she comes back with a sheet of computer paper with a small chart at the top containing the names and dosage levels for each. No pamphlet, no other information about how they are different, side effects, recommendations for me given my medical history. Beyond that, I filled out 15 pages of disclosures just to have my medical records sent to me which took almost a month. I also waited in the reception area for 25 mins when I had a morning appointment. Additionally, I called to follow up on tests that were done which I did not ask for and the office did not return my calls after repeated inquiry. Needless to say I will never be returning.

Dr. Connie Lou is great however their IUD Coordinator and staff dont know how to properly communicate with patients. I went in a month before my IUD expired to make sure to have my replacement ordered in a timely manner and gave them a couple of weeks to get back to me and nothing, called and was told there were some forms I needed to fill out on my portal, cilnch! Called again and told that I needed to download the forms, fill them and send them back. Finally got them forms and send them no one got back to me to confirm that the forms have been received or approximate date. Its been now been 3 months, I had to call 3 times today just for them to tell me that it will take 3-4 weeks for the IUD request to be processed and shipped. No one acknowledged or apologized for all the miscommunication.

The most rude, obnoxious and unprofessional enployees I have ever seen. I booked my appointment on ZocDoc and called on the day to confirm if its booked . They told me its not today its the day after. When I arrived the day after they told me it was yesterday and I missed it and that they highly doubt that I called because the doctor is not in until 11. since I didnt know who I spoke to they just dismissed it. The manager told me she will not argue with me. I didnt hear apology once! Find another place to go to if you dont want a frustrating experience.

Dr. Liu was fantastic, but not sure if it is worth it. The staff/ front desk are not nice and a bit unprofessional. They got my birthdate wrong in their records, and Ive tried to correct it several times, but they never do. This makes trying to make an appointment or getting lab results even worse because it takes them so long to find me in their system. Regardless of this mix up, every time I go in for an appointment, I end up waiting at least an hour to be seen. All these things combined makes it difficult to want to go back.

This people are soooo unprofessional my doctor Rachel L. Barr Grzesh suggest me to do a genetic test since I am looking for pregnancy, without informed me that insurance doesnt cover the whole expensive now I am sitting at my couch just open an envelope with over $4000 dollar bill!!!!!! Why she did t even mention could cost so much money??? What a hell this people have in mind??? I am beyond mad!! She didnt even call me to get me the result and not follow up on my request.... Do not go there!!!!

I saw Dr. Liu for years. I put up with the terrible, unprofessional staff at the front desk because I enjoyed Dr. Liu so much but in the end its not worth it. I had to call several times while at the pharmacy because they continuously called in the wrong birth control, they would be rude and short over the phone. Its such a shame, because the Doctors are great. Im in the process of looking for a new doc now. Im sure shes out there!

Sad to say that the doctors are great but the staff are utter crap. They ask, "how may I help you?" and as youre explaining your situation, they interrupt you asking for your birthday, etc... At the end of the call with the nurse, which I didnt even know was the end of the call, she hangs up without a goodbye to end the call. Sorry, this office is unprofessional and it seems as if theyre "slow" minded. Then again not sorry...

Not sure where all these bad reviews are coming from... I have been a patient of Dr. Barr for over a year now, and have never had a bad experience here. Yes, it is a busy office and the receptionists are working at a furious pace, but I have always been treated with respect. All the nurses and technicians are professional and friendly, and Dr. Barr is kind and takes times to address all your concerns. 5 stars.

The receptionist is incredibly rude, they charged me $117 for a check up even with my insurance. Ive been trying to know why they charged me that much since they didnt even give me the bill and no one answers in administration. So I had to speak with this lady Jessica who thinks she is doing you a favor by doing her job, nothing but rude, nurse practitioner was great but the staff is horrible.
