Friendly staff but Im extremely disappointed because I found out I was pregnant, they did my blood work and never called me back with results, I myself attempted to call them several times as I was dealing with extreme morning sickness and wanted to speak with my doctor, to have one of the staff members suggest I just go to the emergency room (everyone knows city ERs are always packed and Im already too sick to even lift my head) and even after she took my phone number I never received a call back, after two more attempts I gave up.

I was there Wednesday August 16, 2017. At first I see the doctor nice and friendly and professional but I was disappointed because he prescribed me medications and told me that the pharmacy will going to contact me but they never did. Two days later I call the staff they told me they will call me before 6pm to let me know about my prescription bc I really need it but they never call me. Ill never going back to that place and I wont refer them at all!!!

I hope he gets new office staff because all the issues are staff issues.. the staff takes care of meds, appointments and returning calls... i hope he invests in new staff because he is a very kind doctor and definitely good quality.. get new staff doc and your ratings will improve :)
