When I informed dr. Allison that I rely on Condoms and pulling out (due to my bad experiences with birth control methods and comparable success rates when my methods are used correctly, all of which I informed her of), she told me I should take prenatal vitamins for "my baby" (a pregnancy test MOMENTS before confirmed Im not pregnant). I was just another statistic to her. Her scared straight tactics come across as severely anti-feminist. I know what I want to do with my body... its not her job to degrade me for my choices. Even when i tried to explain that yes i am educated on the topic, yes I understand the risks, but what I do with my body is my business, she was unwilling to even appear the least bit accepting of my personal choices. Her business is to administer an exam, not give me her opinion about MY body.

horrible and demeaning.. i was basically yelled at that hormones have nothing to do with insomnia... LIES for anyone who has basic information of perimenopause. i would never go here again!!!!!! Last year i was out the pill to shut me up and was sick as a dog.... oh when i did not agree and politely asked to stop the visits because i wanted to leave i was later given a letter in the mail refusing to treat me with no reason. apparently this is a "lesbian clinic" according to her review panel... this is bias and judegmental discrimination.. a vagina is a vagina

Dr. Allison and her staff have been amazing to me and my family. Other office were rude and unhelpful, but Dr. Allison has always been kind and very well informed on any subject that has come up during our visits. So happy we found this office!
