I had visit with the Dr and he was great. The best GYN Dr I had in years but the billing dept dont know what they are doing. They charged me a co pay for my first visit in which my ins said I didnt have a co pay but they billed it wrong. Than they told me to come back in 2 weeks for my results. I asked will I have a co pay when I come for my results. The told me no co pay for results but now they are sending me bills for co pay. I liked the dr so much I sent my daughter there and they are sending her bills cause they messed up and sent her stuff to a lab that dont take her ins. Its their responsibility to send it to the lab that takes her ins. So plz be careful with billing they dont know what the are doing. My daughter and I wont be going back there again because of the billing dept.

He is an incredible doctor. Hes very professional and lets you know what he is going to do before he does it. Women dont be worried to go to a male gyno. He always has a female staff member in the room with him during examinations. He is the sweetest and really sits there to explain things to you and works with you. He and his staff really care for their patients. I had a screaming toddler with me for a birth control removal and felt very bad about it. He reminded me that my child was just a child and not to worry about it. One of the staff even helped to tend to my son while I was unable to. I will continue to go to him as long as he practices ! Thank you !

You lost you time with appointment ... Because the staff never put attention to the patient and many problems with you Medical plan , the doctor is very good in his job but the staff is not educated talking about you health problems in from the other .. l live from this office because they give me many appointments and l never completed 1 because the waiting time in more the 1 hour if you need any medical documents from this office you need to pay .

This doctor is above and beyond the excellence. He is emotionally and physically gentle. He is knowledgeable, he explains everything: why it is happening and what can be done. He gives you options on how you want it to be done. I have seen many doctors but Dr. Mercado is one in a million !!!

Ive been to so many different GYN doctors and i must say my experience here was impeccable. Doctor Mercado is very well spoken and caring. I love that he is old fashion and he listens. The office is clean and the staff are well mannered. *thumbsup*
