I would NOT recommend going to Bravo if you plan on taking any bird. I just took my finch to simply get his leg band removed and the vet tech takes him to the back room and does not allow me see what he is going to do. Fifteen minutes pass by and still no vet tech or finch, then Dr. Bravo calls me in after he lets another patient out of the room to tell me my finch died, trying to make the excuse that it probably had a liver problem or etc as he was cutting the nails. The whole problem is: 1.) Instead of the vet tech coming directly to me, he went to Bravo to inform me of his mistake. 2.) I did not ask him to clip the nails because getting a leg band removed is already stressful on a small bird like a finch. 3.) Also, he didnt allow me to see exactly what he was doing so I have NO CLUE how long he handled my bird to cause it to die from stress. 4.) And the fact that Bravo was making excuses as if he had been supervising the clipping when I CLEARLY saw him talking to a the owner of a husky. from the lobby when the tech went to the back room. So moral of this story is ...If you need to get a avian pet checked by a vet your feathered friend might have a better chance with Dr.Harris.

Ive been going to Bravo on and off for years. My moms been going since they opened with all her pets. I can say that they are truly a amazing place to take your pets. Recently we lost one of our pets. The cost to cremate and keep ashes was very expensive and they were very understanding of our financial situation and managed to help us out so we can keep the ashes. They are extremely understanding of everyones situation. Their prices are reasonable and when its hard to afford the treatments we may need they always find ways to help us. They have never lead us on and made us feel like we are just a paycheck to them. I am forever grateful to live so close to people we can trust. Thank you to the Bravo family for making us feel like family everytime we go. Nothing hits closer to home then feeling like someone cares when we walk into your facility.

Vets like this is whats wrong with the animal rights effort. All they do is exploit people and disregard helping animals. I found a little abandoned shih tzu one night and before I introduced her to my dog, we took her for a check up... they said she was fine, even though we were very wary and concerned about her appearance, we trusted them they were the doctors and paid them almost $200. Now, the problem has worsened she has skin sores and now so does my perfectly healthy dod! Well, we took her back AGAIN and they said SHE WAS FINE! Just an allergic reaction, for $500 dollars well run tests. Well what happens when pet owners cant pay hundreds of dollars for a simple test??? DISGUSTING.

Took my Bearded Dragon here a few months ago. I thought the vet they had here was a certified herp vet - after some research, I found out he was NOT! Also failed to identify yellow fungus on my dragon; said he was fine and gave me a pricey supplement on top of a hefty checkup fee, after giving me the COMPLETELY wrong temperature parameters for a dragon (20 degrees off!) which I knew, but didnt tell him. I found out my dragon had yellow fungus (my initial suspicion) by taking him to South Kendall Animal Hospital. Do NOT bring reptiles here! They are not certified and likely use general (false) knowledge based upon my experience. Go to South Kendall Animal Hospital instead.

Took my cat to get neutered and I had a horrible experience. The staff was incredibly rude and inattentive from beginning to end. When I got my cat back he was missing his collar and half of his ear was chopped off. I understand cutting off the tip a little bit, but no, it was half of his ear. Two days later I notice his dismembered ear is getting red and irritated, I call the clinic and they said I would have to bring him in but they would charge me for the visit. Incredible, charging me for their mistake! Never going there again!

Rotten experience. Doctor said he had to leave, and was in a terrible hurry. I had brought in a very ill cat and all they did was jostle her around while trying the entire time to let them do some very expensive tests. They already knew what she had but it was a constant barrage "you need to do this, you need to do that". Extremely pushy and short-fused, and I was made to feel like a moron. Ugh, hope to never see them again!

Truly an amazing experience. The staff was very nice and helpful. The doctor is amazing and very kind, he is very professional, knowledgeable and dedicated to his work. I would recommend him to anybody looking for an experienced and knoweldgeable vet. Dr Bravo does not only know what he is doing but is very caring and compationate towards his clients and his first priority is to get your pet back in good health.

I cannot say enough about these people. They are dedicated to the help of animals without regard and focus on just money. They are caring, passionate, and helpful. Office staff is very friendly, both doctors are very understanding and easy to speak to. They genuinely appear to care for each animal they see. We cannot complain at all. Best part though? Prices are super reasonable! When you are on a budget and have two dogs and exotics thats also an important factor!

I had a great experience at Bravo Animal Clinic. They did a great job on the stitches after spaying my dog. The place was clean and actually really cool. I have never seen an animal hospital that looks like this. They recommended certain treatments and even did a follow up call.

We love both doctors and the staff! They helped us through cancer and multiple problems our dogs have had with love and understanding. Yes, they are pricey but that is the way it is if you love your pet family. And their gorgeous office is worth a visit in itself...

Once I told the Dr. That I did not want to do an X-ray he then said let me check the dogs anal glands to see if there is an infection I said ok. They were not impacted, but he charged me $37 for something that took him less than 10 secs.

Incomplete care. Dr. Missed obvious things that were in the records. Does not take responsibility for his decisions. Seems to always be angling for money. Staff was friendly and caring. Place is clean and comfortable for pets.
