At first. I loved this place. I was told they would take good care of me by Henry (nurse of Dr. Doug patients) then things changed. I dont know why, but if he dont like me than whatever. Not my problem. Im there for medical not to be bffs. Or in the gay scene talking $h!t about people like Henry is. Although I have seen his favoritism with other gay males to, images on file, that he will be the nurse to for Doug patients, but he dont want to w me as Im their patient too.....hmm so yeah now I get why with a huge issue at hand, I was advised by another patient whos also in the gay scene as Henry is, Im not. That Henry is discussing my medical details. Which is a HIPPA violation and violation against me. I also brought this to "manager" Kims attentions inwhich the only thing I was advised and threatened by Doug was, hes on the medical board. Well we all have friends in low places and high ones too. So dont think your untouchable. Theres senate, governor, attorney general, executives, etc. At disposal. Due to kims incompetency I may lose my job. When legal medical documents have been requested 5 times. I and the insurance called to verify the fax number. Since mid April. So if your incapable of doing your job, get out. Because if i lose my job due to her ignorance and uneducated managerial skills, I will proceed further with legalities. Also, Doug will never raise his voice at my mom. Nor me, recordings on file. Ive even stopped in unexpectedly, to see Henry at the front desk gossiping with the disgusting garbage attitude of the obeased girl clerks. Videos on File, This is like walking into a 3rd world country now. Also, I may understand someone being concerned about things, but cant a patient be concerned of your weight, cholesterol, diabetes?!.... Not being healthy and fit is very unwise and unhealthy. Then to stop a patient of medication needed for daily pain, and I said ok 1 a day Ill deal w it since you want to lower ot from my previous Dr. now I have withdraws and super pain amd tention in my while body. All things are leading up to further more escalation.

This is the worst medical practice in the valley. My wife has been waiting two months for a referral to a GI Dr and they keep blowing her off. My wife had been to the ER twice now with severe abdominal pain , we called insurance and they said the Dr office has made no notes of this in her charts and that we need to contact Dr for the referral. My wife has been back into the Dr office 3 for 3 visits since the referral was first requested and yet all the pueblo staff does is be rude and be dismissive and patronize my wife, they think the are better than everyone else. Every time we go in for a Dr visit it takes 4 hours, we show up 20 min early and yet dont get in till an hour after our scheduled appointments, once you walk into the back office part you can obviously see the problem there are medical records strewn about the place, there is even a grocery shopping Cart filled with medical records spilling over into the floor. I will for sure be changing my family to another family practice. Pueblo needs to learn how to run a medical practice. It is ridiculous to even act like they are a good practice, the fact that there are a few nice Drs is greatly overshadowed by the horrible management and sub par attitude of the office staff. Do yourself a favor and dont bother waisting your time or jeopardizing your health by going to this practice.

I picked this place due to its proximity to my house. I should have researched it better. I went in for a yearly physical. Told them countless times to please check my referral so I wouldnt be charged by my insurance for using an out of network provider. I told every person I saw, the secretary, the medic, the person who drew my blood and the one that does the billing right before I left. And guess what? They didnt include the referral. I took lots of calls and emails to my insurance to avoid being charged extra. Then even after that correction, I ended up paying extra. Why? Because during my physical I asked for a medication I had been prescribed before. I told the medic what my condition was and what the medication was. She didnt do anything other than write the prescription. Something that meaningless would surely be covered under the physical, right? No. It was a few hundred extra bucks because they counted it as a separate visit and I ended up paying the difference. If you have a choice with regards to your medical care, I would suggest you think twice before making a decision. You might end up paying more due to your providers greed and ineptness.

After driving 30mile for my 11am appointment I get turned away at the front desk by the receptionist. I am covered by three different insurances. I know because I pay a lot of money for the coverage. I confirmed with the receptionist that she was denying me medical treatment. She refused to call it that but said I couldnt be seen because my insurance wasnt active. She didnt even offer for me to pay for the visit on my credit card. When I brought it up she began to pretend she could recite the law to me, a paralegal who studied law in college. I was in fact denied. After filing reports at every government entity possible federal and state I received a call today from the office manager apologizing and got an immediate appointment with Michelle Lamendola (love her). Michelle and Kimberly make me want to give this place five stars, but overall too much work just to be treated fairly.

Unprofessional is not even close to the description of the staff lead by Ms. Kimberly Titus, who by far needs lessons in customer service and human decency. I am not a patient of this despicable clinic however my friend who is less fortunate has decided to use this deplorable place for his medical care. I strongly urge anyone who has an option to please seek medical care elsewhere. The medical staff may be good but the headache to even get to them is certainly not worth the aggravation. Kimberly Titus should rethink her job as she should never work with people. I find it funny this place is so desperate for positive reviews that Ms. Kimberly Titus had to put one on her herself just so they would have a decent score (see reviews below). Dr. Cunningham, who is actually a good doctor should rethink his choice in an "Office Administrator" as she is a poor reflection on him!

My elderly mother has been going to this doctors office for more than 2 years now. We always get in on time or within 10-15 minutes anyway. Once we are in the office, the vitals are taken and the Doc/PA will come in within 5 minutes. We dont feel hurried but we keep to the business at hand. After the visit, we wait for our Rx or referrals which take about 5-10 minutes and then we are out of there. They have a system which keeps everyone moving like a well oiled machine. Some of the Docs/PAs do order a lot of tests at first because they liker to establish your baseline. I have been so satisfied with their care, I have moved my care to this office as well.
