I have been seeing Dr Palma for over 3 years now and have always had a good experience with him and his very kind and caring staff. He genuinely cares about me as a patient. The greatest thing about Dr Palma is; he actually listens, asks thoughtful questions, and trusts his instincts, resulting in a more caring and accurate approach to my health care. I have also appreciated that he doesnt order tests that are expensive and unnecessary. I live 2 hours away and have not wanted to change because I trust him and I trust that his motivation is to help me. Dr Palma and his staff have always been fantastic to work with my schedule and try to make my life as convenient as they can. They are truly one of a kind and I appreciate them! Thank you for who you are!

THE LEAST THIS OFFICE COULD DO IS PUT THE FAX NUMBER ON THE VOICEMAIL SINCE THEY HAVE THE MOST RANDOM HOURS FOR A DOCTORS OFFICE, AND IF THEY ARE OPEN, NO ONE ANSWERS AND THEY MAKE YOU LEAVE A VOICEMAIL ANYWAY, NOT THAT EVERYONE SPEAKS ENGLISH, BUT THE VOICEMAIL IS VERY DIFFICULT TO HEAR AND UNDERSTAND. i AM CALLING FROM ANOTHER DOCTORS OFFICE TO SEND THE PHYSICIAN RECORDS, AND IT HAS TAKEN ME ALMOST 2 MONTHS TO EVEN GET THRU, AND I STILL CANT GET A FAX NUMER. NO FAX NUMBER ON THE WEBSITE EITHER.

Ive been going to see this Dr. for over 4 years now. I have nothing but POSITIVE experience with Dr. Palmer. He takes his time and try to diagnose what was going on before he makes a decision. If you dont have health insurance its really reasonable cost. Dr. Palmer is very knowledgeable and kind. i will highly recommend this Dr. for anyone.

Dr. Palma genuinely cares about his patients. Ive been to so many Dr.s that just treat you like youre stupid or they now your body better than you do. His receptionist is sweet and I love the reminder calls for every appointment.
