I just cant believe that a physicians office could be so disorganized. I am an MD & recently moved to Phoenix. On a friends recommendation I decided to use this "DO" as my PCP. The front office was a mess. Despite I asked few times, no one provided me a NP paper work to get me started. The MAs & clerks looked as confused as patients in the waiting room that has broken dirty chairs. Finally, I got the paper work & made a payment. Now, the waiting period began. AFTER 30 MINUTES, I WAS TOLD THAT THE PA S BACKED UP & MY VISIT HAS TO BE RESCHEDULED. What the #%^*? At least, they were kind enough to put the copy back to my card. When I introduced myself as a physician "not some illegal #%^*+ or a pt on Medicaid patient, the clerks facial expression & attitude changed. But, it was too late!! My secretary will soon be sending a letter to this physician & Im going to call the BCBS tomorrow and discuss with them about my experience... how I was treated this Osteopathic Doctor "DO". Please remember that MDs or the other doctors like him "a DO", are evaluated by Insurance carriers and if they do not provide good care then Insurance carriers may not renew the contract with the practice. I would not recommend this practice unless youre dying. Oh well, they may ask you to wait, take your money & refuse to treat. CJ

I have had a wonderful experience with this doctor. I am not sure what all these people are bashing and threatening Dr. Doug for. Simply sliding your label as doctor across the doorstep, doesnt give you and specific qualifications or urgency to see the Doctor. In any new clinic your first visit will be at least one hour. So The so called Doctor who did the horrible review, get over yourself already, Doctor Doug is a well respected doctor in the community . I wish I could see him again but I am living back in Minnesota.. All the staff are very friendly and Kim in the Office just rocks. If I move back to Phoenix, Dr. Doug will be my first choice. So disregard all these horrible reviews. If you are a new patient, like any other clinic, plan on waiting for a while on your first visit, and dont be in a hurry.,. Oh, and as for you Mr. Doctor that gave a rotten review? I think you were very unprofessional the way you approached your review, and maybe you could use some of your bedside manner, when writing reviews about fellow colleagues in the same field your in. An apology for your un-professionalism would be best.

Just a FYI, I been going to this doctor for a few years now and i finally got frustrated. Its time for me to write a review,for this office and staff, especially for Dr Douglas Cunningham. I seen him countless times and he is a nice guy but he does not have good customer service skills. Countless times he is very rushed and hes all about a quick hi, and whats wrong and my assistant will give u the shot. A quick easy in and easy out.A 2min doc, and im not joking about that,maybe 3min if im lucky,very unprofessional for a doctor, i finally changed my doc.we are the customers that feed him and pay his bills.He spends more time recording his voice on a recorder in the conference room.sad.and for the other people that work there like mark, and staff great job. One last advice please dont keep the customer longer than 29min unattended, i was alone in that room countless times . i rather be in the sitting room. not cool, its very cold in there,

Ive been seeing a PA in this office for about two years. Yes, the waiting room is awful, yes, sometimes the wait is too long, and yes sometimes it is wall to wall people, but I have received exemplary care from the providers, especially Miss Martha Ellis. My initial visit was quite long and in my opinion, the most comprehensive Ive ever had. They wanted a thorough baseline and they got one. Patience pays off with staff, especially Rosa, she is very pleasant and helpful. The care I have received there is great. I have never seen the doc except when hes running through the hallways! So, if you appreciate a bit of chaos and have a sense of humor, this place is great. Lets not take ourselves so seriously. BTW, they have a Scottsdale office.

GREAT! I have been going to this office for almost 15 years. I see a PA Jamie Kozak most of the time, and when she is not available...I see Tucker. And in that lengthy time, I have had 2 bad experiences. One where they couldnt find my chart....the other with a new PA that was rude. So......in the who knows how many times I have been there. 2 bad experiences. They see me quickly, I can usually get in within a day or two of calling....and I love my PAs. I would recommend them to anyone needing reliable and friendly care!!!

I was a a patient here in the 1990s. This medical office was poorly run then. Dr Cunningham, Miss Sesslor, and Judy were the medical "professionals" at that time. Somebody elses EKG was in my chart (I saw the patients name; a major HIPAA violation) Judy never ordered labs for me, and I could not even get a prescription for Allegra out of them without a hassle. I had to call the pharmacist and have him point to an over the counter equivalent until Cunningham got on the ball.

This doctor office is the worst office I have seen Dr. Doug maybe twice and believe me I didnt follow up with him after the second. His bedside manner were very poor and his office was very disorganize. Ive also notice the second time I went to see him he had a different MA taking me back. That just tells you he must be very difficult to work for. Most patient like myself want to feel good about following up with my Doctor and seeing the same staff. I didnt so I FIRED him.

dingy lobby unhelpful staff and endless/needless tests, even my insurance company told me that the doctor was overtesting, had a couple ther friends run into same problem...they do not treat you like a person just a money maker...beware if you have insurance and see these money pigs

Tucker is the best. I have been coming her for 4 yrs or more. Tucker always helps me. And the Dr that sees my kids is super great. I love this place :)
