This place is terrible. To begin with the never answer the phone. You leave messages and they will never call you back. In the rare case you actually get to talk to someone you cant get any information or anything done unless you talk to the specific nurse of your doctor and that will NEVER happen. In my case I needed to get a prescription refill for my wife and they would not do it unless she got labs done and came to see the doctor which we didnt have a problem with. But they made us do it when her prescription was OUT and then told us we couldnt see the doctor for 2 weeks. We made arrangements to get the labs done the next day because we were told that she would get her prescription filled once the labs were done. No go! Lied to again!! We were then told she had to not only see the doctor but had to have additional stuff done. Dont get me wrong. I know these things need to get done but they spring them on you with no notice and wont even give you a one month supply of a prescription to get by while we got these things done. Also, the prescription was only for hormone replacement. Its not like it was us asking for powerful pain pills or something. On their hold music they say they treat you like family. What a joke! Needless to say we have found a different provider. I just want to warn anyone I can about going to this mickey mouse organization!

Im really picky when it comes to my health care. I liked Wade family at first. But as time went by, not so much. I havent had good experiences with the medical assistances. In person they have been fine. But talking to them on the phone, not so much. They act put out, and they arent knowledgeable. The doctors have so many patients that they arent able to get you in, unless you schedule way out. So Im always meeting with someone different. I dont like that. At the beginning my doctor was very personable, now its all business. Im always put on hold when I call. The after hours answering service (which Ive only used twice in the years Ive been going) is awful! Rude! Dont expect to talk to a doctor. The person answering the phones gives you advice. Never call the after hours unless youre dying. Better yet, if youre dying dont call at all. So basically they shouldnt even have a after hours calling service. I did take my daughter and instead of really getting down to figuring out what was really going on with her, they just took the easy way out and prescribed antibodics for no reason. So my kids no longer go there.

"fast food medicine" My experience with Wade Family Medicine was horrible. The first time I had an appointment with one of their doctors, the receptionist was quite rude and demanding, basically yelling at me wondering why my insurance card didnt have a wade family medicine doctor on it yet. However, the doctor I did finally see did a good job and I decided to give them a chance. Unfortunately, they can not provide basic services, like forwarding prescriptions to a local pharmacy. You have to go back several times and hold their hand, all the while being treated rudely by the doctors assistants. They never answer the phone, and they never get back to you. I would hope that everyone who wants to be treated with respect and given good care steer clear of this "so called practice." On a positive note, I was able to see another doctor, at another practice, who had friendly staff, treated me courteously, and was able to write basic prescriptions that I could later fill at my local pharmacy.

I have a medical condition and even had blood work done to verify it, that I need medication for I have been seeing Sean Webster for years even with another doctor before he was transferred to this joint. I went in, in person to get a rx that I needed that day and they said they dont have record of the illness. I told them to ask Sean. Then I called in and left a voicemail so that I knew the information could at least be address and reviewed with Sean. They called back a few minutes after and said we dont have any information about this. I called my Dentist to fill the rx. They were just trying to get me in to bill me for a check up when they have seen me several times this year. My next "check up will be checking into a new medical provider".

Have always had a wonderful experience. Even the time I messed up my appointment time. They were as accommodating as possible. My doctor has been the first Ive been to in years that is willing to try new ideas to help my chronic illness as long as there is good research. First one that doesnt just pass off every new symptom as just being another symptom and I just have to live with it. Also first one to run tests to make surey diagnosis was accurate. I never feel rushed at my appointments like I did at my previous doctor. Im always able to speak with medical assistants or the referral staff or they return messages ASAP. EXTREMELY HAPPY And would refer new patients with no problem.

I have been going to Wade medical for two years now and have found everyone there great to work with, today I found myself needing some help, but my doctor didnt have an appointment open until 2, but I asked if there was another doctor I could see and they set me up to see Sandra, she was great too, when I pulled up this app to give a review and I was very surprised to see any poor marks?? If your one of the people who did let Wade Medical know, I cant say enough how well Ive been treated

The staff are on the ball :) their providers have always taken care of me and my family. They listen to my concerns and make sure to do everything they can to treat or correct the concerns. Its seems that they are in the know about the latest in health care, I appreciate that.

I would definitely recommend coming here! Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. Also It was not your typical experience at a Dr. office, I was in and out very quickly and didnt have to wait more than 5 min to be taken back.
