I was recently in a car accident and as such I called an asked if they saw people that have been in accidents. I also Asked if they were able to take X-rays. After wasting an hour or more of my time the doctor told me she would not see me since the person that hit me 3 days ago may have been going over 40mph. She wanted me to go to the emergency room. She didnt even bother to look at me or take an X-ray. Not only was this a waste of my time the physician didnt even bother to look. Dont waste your time here drive a little farther to get some real health care. Now my insurance office is closed and I wont even be able to validate any form of coverage until Monday likely. Had they not wasted my time I could have validated if the ER was in my coverage or stopped by a chiropractor for some simple X-rays. I work in IT even there we do not send a problem up without verification there is one

I went twice to clinic I told them, I think I have a sinus infection, the first time a nurse took a strep culture of my throat ,the doctor. Came in and told me it was negative , he never looked in my nose or down my throat showed me a app on his phone and told me this is what was going around and that I would get a cough, that was Tuesday, Wednesday I went back feeling so crappy with Thanksgiving at my house I needed to feel better. I told them I had a sinus infection after looking into my nose and down my throat he said I had a cold but gave me five days of 50 mg of prednisone I showed him a photo of the puss ball I coughed up like a bloody green thing . Dr Jon Middleton told me I did not need a antibiotic for my cold

This is a joke of an office, I went in on the 24th of last month to get medical forms filled out by a doctor. Not only was my paperwork seen by another patient but was signed by someone else its been 3 weeks they claim they have not received my medical records from my neurologist. so I called her my medical forms were sent over they day I went in. I am completely unhappy. If you want your medical records to be seen by other patients . This is the place. Doctors are great no complaints there but office staff is a joke.

Wait times are long, appointments are hard to get; however the most important part of any clinic is the staff that works there and the staff that works there are amazing. They listen to what you have to say and give good feedback. The building is extremely clean and well maintained as well. The exam rooms equipment is neatly organized and the room itself is extremely clean and free of clutter. The doctor was very helpful and really fluid in his answers to my questions.

I feel bad that some others have apparently had a bad experience, but my experience has been great from day one. Over the last few years Ive worked with a handful of the providers here (at least four that I can think of right now), the administrative staff at three of the stations, the lab, as well as the pharmacy, and everyone has always been extremely nice and helpful. I honestly cant think of anything bad to say. So far, so good.

2 hour wait time, really?! 2nd time going here, and it had the same wait time to check in. Last time they forgot about us and we had to go find some to help us since they had already checked us out. Listening to the nurses complain about walk-in customers was very disappointing.

Not very happy with the service provided. I called to set an appointment for a physical and they couldnt see me until the following month. After being with the same family Dr i decided that is time for a new one that can see me when I have a need and not when they have the time.

I have been to this InstaCare clinic 2 times. Extremely short wait times! Very pleasant staff. Both times I was there less than 30 min total.
