En mi opinión, poco honestos ya que ellos me sugirieron que fuera para un exámen físico el cual sería a cargo de mi seguro. Para mi sorpresa no solo me cobraron extra del laboratorio al que fui sino que ellos me llamaron para que fuera a buscar el resultado de esos análisis, en el momento no me cobraron nada pero luego me enviaron una factura en la que debía pagarles $40 por esa consulta además de cobrarle $85 a mi seguro. Ganaron $40 conmigo, pero han perdido una paciente de por vida ya que yo necesito un medicamento crónico. Obviamente no recomendaré esta clínica a más gente. Dishonest people, they suggested me going for a physical exam that would be covered by my insurance. To my great surprise not only was I charged by the laboratory I went but also these people called me to give me my results, at that moment they didn´t charge me anything but they sent me a $40 bill just for this when they had already charged $85 to my insurance. They had $40 from me, but they have lost a patient forever, as I must take a chronic medicine. Obviously I will not recommend this clinic from now on.

Horrible doctor! !!! Told my mother to go for a follow up at no cost, when she went back they tried to charge her again when she explained the doctor had told her so, they asked the doctor he said rudely just send her in. During consultation he barely examined her and concluded she had a small infection and would prescribe some medicine. My mom went to the front they tried to sell her some overpriced meds,she said shed just take the prescription. The front desk lady went to ask for it, the doctor came back infuriated and said you didnt even pay for consultation and you dont want to pay for the medicine! He yelled at her in front of everyone and said this is not a free clinic! My mom was so embarrassed by the unprofessional, uncompasionate doctor who is clearly just in it for the money. Never go here never!

I have had a very frustrating experience with this doctors office. The hold times on the phone are atrocious. I have been left on hold for 20-40 minutes or more several times. They do not even apologize for the wait time when they return on the line. Also, the wait time to see the doctor exceeds 45-60 minutes each time. I always arrive on time and end up waiting far too long. Furthermore, they are slow to refill prescriptions that the pharmacy faxes to them for approval. Therefore, I spend each month without my medication for a few days, causing insomnia and hassle with the doctors office monthly. I am currently looking for a new doctor and would never suggest anyone go here for their medical needs. I have been extremely dissatisfied with this medical practice.

Have been his patient for the last thirteen years. He is an excellent Doctor and a great human being. He treats patients with and with no medical insurance the same. Its amazing that he opens on Sundays! Its the only time when some of his patients are able to go and see him and this shows how much he cares for his patients. I trust the care of my family to Dr Sicalo and his staff. The entire staff is humble, professional and treat all patients with care and dignity. Thank you Dr. Sicalo and staff for all the help and support throughout all these years and all the medical visits and referrals. Your office should be recognized on an annual basis for "Excellent Work and Professionalism."
