This is my second visit and I shouldve followed my gut instinct to drive the distance and see my regular doctor. Customer service means alot to me because it sets the mood for competence and great repor. I push my own staff to strive for excellence in customer service. Ive never met Dr. Lopez because of his schedule so I had to settle for his assistant Dr. Jill. I was really hoping for a more confident and accurate diagnosis. Ive had ultrasound, X-ray, bloodwork but still no smart observation of why my ankle is swollen. Arrived at 8:26am and still have yet to see doctor even though Ive been sitting in backroom for 22 minutes. Though I can afford it I dont wish to make several office visits only to find out that I need to see someone else. This is my own fault for taking a chance on a different doctor just to save on traveling. My only advice is if you plan on coming to this office, follow your own instincts and if you dont have a good vibe feeling dont follow through with it and seek medical attention elsewhere. Its a nice clinic, I just did not have a good experience the first or second time. Good luck.

I have never seen Dr. Lopez; instead I am being treated by Gene Godoy, PA-C. The wait times are very long due to over booking, but the visit with Gene is worth it. I was transferred to this office by my insurance (my former phys. moved away from the plan) and my treatment has remained the same. Maintenance meds, referrals for annual screenings/tests and specialist visits. No complaints here! Thanks Gene.

Worst office ever doctor not to bad but front dest receptionist has an attitude and makes people wait on purpose we got here at 1:15pm for an appointment didnt get called till 3pm and left at 430 wth changing doctor asap, do not come here unless you got no choice!!!

I hadnt been there to see him in awhile and I dont plan on going back either now. He treated my medical question as a joke. I heard him laughing about it with all the assistants. So unprofessional. I dont recommend him.

I love going to this doctors office. Dr. Godoy is awesome he never beats around the bush he is so straight forward. He treats me like a person not a patient. Also the nurses are great .

Worst physician and physician office ever encountered. If you need a doctor look elsewhere. Staff is not any better and disrespectful to say the least. Unaccountable.

I see either PA-C Gene or Dr Lopez, both are great wait times can be long but the docs are great and so are the nurses.
