Ill leave a better review if I can get better service. So far - every day I call I go to voicemail, not a friendly voicemail or informative voicemail either. Just a "NAME - Is not available please leave a VM: very generic one that leaves me any clue that they care about their patients. I just need to make an appointment, Im a teacher and cant be by or on my phone during class. When I get to a directory person, she is unfriendly - un promising - obviously just doing her job at a minimal. Its a joke. Unfortunately Im screwed with a broken bone and kind of need these guys. Sucks.

I only saw the doctor 1 office visit and my actual surgery. Any other visits were with MA or PA and the PA came across as put out to talk to me. The billing is also very upsetting, I just received a bill for 10.00 from my surgery 15 months ago so when I called about it they decided I owed another $48.00 on top of it but could not explain it clearly to me. So I went from $10 to $58 for something they couldnt explain for over 15 months ago. Not very happy

Dr Stevens and his staff (especially his PA Dawn Muhlestein ) are fantastic people to work with. They are knowledgeable professionals who take the time to answer all your questions and adress any concerns you might have. I am very glad I went with them for my back surgery. I will recommend them to friends and family and use them to address any future orthopedic issuesI or needs I may have.

It has been very pleasant experience!!! The Providers are well informed about what is happening with my right hand that is broken on the tip of the 5th metatarsal bone!!! My bone is slow in healing!!! I have to just be patient for it to heal and the bone has dropped a little too!!! The Provider does not think it will cause problems in the future.

Dr. Huish did a fantastic job with my carpel tunnel surgery. The entire staff was very friendly to me and my daughter who accompanied me. I was happy that they gave me several options, I chose to not be put under anesthesia but had a local in my hand (best choice in my opinion). Recovery has so far been very quick and quite painless.

Dr. Tyson was great. I would highly recommend him. He repaired a torn rotator cuff for me and was clear about what he wanted to do and was very detailed in post op about everything that he did during the procedure. Follow ups have been personable and informative. His staff is helpful and professional. Great to work with.

The care they provide is decent, but their entire operation is run poorly. Ive had three different visits at this clinic and every time I have had to wait for extremely long periods of time. Their phone system is also somewhat convoluted, making it difficult to get in contact with the right provider.

I was in extreme pain with muscle loss of my right arm due to pinch nerve in neck. Dr. Stevens got me right in for MRI and surgery all in 5 days. I have been pain free since the operation. I would highly recommend him and his staff.

Dr Huish did a great job fixing my broken finger. He did surgery on it and put two pins in. Pins are now out and the finger is back to normal. I would absolutely recommend him.
