I only give a second start because my grandmother is always talking about how nice she thinks Dr. Rogers is BUT the list of issues is long: 1) The biggest issue has been him and his office not sending prescriptions to the pharmacy in a timely fashion and not communicating with the pharmacy when they try to reach out and see whats going on. It took my grandmother 4 days to get one prescription and when it came time to renew another that she really needed he didnt send it, didnt call us or the pharmacy back, and when I tried sending an e-mail to the address listed on his business card, I got a failed delivery notice. If these prescriptions were not VITAL to my grandmothers well-being I would not be on here writing this review right now, but Dr. Rogers and his support staff and proven themselves to be unable to handle routine calls and prescription refills, I would not trust him as my doctor and will therefore be moving my grandmother to another provider ASAP. 2) When you call to talk with someone in the office it is always a long long wait-- it is difficult to get through-- AND there is no e-mail or website through which to communicate. 2) I called their on-call number listed on their voice service and was told Dr. Rogers wasnt listed as a provider and the on=call provider had no idea what doctor I was talking about. 3) The email on his business card is not current-- again when I tried e-mailing I kept getting a failure message. I could go on, but I will no longer send my loved one to this Doctor or this office and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone else either.

Dr Rogers and Lisa Hamilton have been amazing to me and my medical care. I have been there for everything from menopause to becoming disabled die to failed back surgery. Lisa has helped me with migraines, flu shots you name it the list goes on. Dr Rogers was the best physician to help me understand what happened to me after my failed Laminectomy and spinal fusion. He didnt just throw pills at me and send me out like cattle. He took his time, explained the long words in my medical records, handed me tissues and gave me referrals to specialist. Cassie at his front desk is kind and cheerful every time I walk into the office. Lisa Hamilton is compassionate, she remembers me when I return to the office, she takes time to know her patients. I agree the phone system can be difficult but that is nothing compared to the care received. You can make an appointment online if you are having trouble with the phones. You get a response within 24 hours. The Healow patient portal is a efficient and excellent way to communicate to my specialists and to maintain control and knowledge of my records. I have also seen Brandon Woods who is a neurologist in East Valley Family medical, another caring and thorough physician who has helped me control my migraines and answer questions regarding my nerve damage from the spinal nerve injury. I HIGHLY recommend this healthcare team.

I meet this "gentleman" as a costumer through my job. Dorothy Wedington-Clark couldnt have hit that nail more on the head with her comment about the rudeness... I meet and greet probably a good 100 different types of people a day. I have been working at my job for a solid two years now, and can honestly say Ive never had to deal with anyone with such dissrespect and heartlessness for another person who simply couldnt accommodate a customers needs. Needless to say, when I found out this guy was a doctor in the valley, I couldnt help but type his name into my google search engine. Wouldnt you know it there was a section for reviews. They say you can always see someone true colors by how that person treats someone they dont need and isnt important to them. His colors flew high on this day. Do yourself a favor if you might be thinking about having this guy practice on you or your loved ones in the future and RUN the other direction!

I LOVE DOCTOR ROGERS, and hate that I am giving him a bad review. however I HATE THE CALL CENTER handling his booking calls. Today was a 23 min wait to speak to someone and when they did pick up the phone the customer service rep couldnt even book the appointment because I got injured at work. They have to have someone "special" call me back to make an appointment. Lets see how long it will take for them to get back to me. It would be easier to just physically go to the office and make the appointment, but I am out of state right now trying to get home with an injured foot hoping to see Dr. R tomorrow, but I cant get an appointment as the call center is inept. Dr. Rogers PLEASE FIRE THIS CALL CENTER. THEY ARE TERRIBLE AND KILLING YOUR BUSINESS.

Avoid this doctor at all costs. I just received a bill for TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS for lab work ordered by Dr. Rogers last December. I called Dr. Rogers office and they told me "they outsourced all their billing as of last June, and there was no one I could speak with." I asked to speak with their billing company. They refused to give me the information. I DID NOT ORDER THE LAB WORK, Dr. Rogers did. I NEVER WOULD HAVE ORDERED a TWO THOUSAND DOLLAR simple blood test.

I would give no stars if it was possible.. this "doctor" is lazy, negligent, and loves to prescribe pills. He does not return phone calls and good luck getting any test results back. A few of my family members have also been under his care with the same issues. Go to another doctor. He should be put out of business.

Dr. Rogers is a very caring and understanding person. He listens to you. Very knowledgeable about health issues going on with you. I am very glad to find him. He is not a lets get them in and out so I can see the next patient type of Dr. If you are looking for a doctor he is the one to choose.

My two children and I have been patients there for almost two years. The wait times are INSANE and the staff is rude. I am so glad that I found a new doctor!!

Great doctor and staff. Booking is a pain sometimes and wait times can get a little long even if you arrive early but I think it is worth the wait.

The worst. He does not listen to what you have to say. His staff ( Beth) doesnt know what is going on in office. Find yourself a good doctor.
