Horrible experience!!! The building is NOT well marked. When I arrived for my appointment, I had to wait in line to sign in. The gentleman in front of me couldnt not get the touch screen to work and need to get help from one of the medical assistants. By the time I signed it it was 18" after my appointment. It was standing room only. After standing for nearly 50" and noticing that a person who arrived after me was taken back, I inquired as to the status my appointment. I was told that according to the check-in registry I was more than 15" late and would be shuffled in with people who had appointments and arrived on time, that I just needed to wait my turn, but they would work me in. Are you kidding me? DO NOT GO TO THIS LAB!!! They are understaffed and overbooked.

Outstanding! I walked in, and although there was no one at the desk, I was greeted by a friendly staff member in the hallway. I was checked in and in the room with my technician within 5 minutes of arrival and within 5 minutes of my scheduled time. My tech, Amanda, was sunny and pleasant, even at 7:15 in the morning! She was engaging and personable, and despite my having tiny veins, she found it quickly and easily, and I didnt even have a bruise!

I came in without an appointment at 3pm on a Thursday and was seen within 10 minutes. The phlebotomist was very good (no issue at all with my rolling veins), and joked around with me to keep the mood light. 15 minutes and 7 vials of blood later Im on my way without even a bruise to show for it.

Fabulous... just popped in after work to get blood work and Amanda and Samatha were great. They were friendly and made the experience quick and easy. I couldnt even tell when I was pricked for the blood draw. In and out in record time. Great Experience.

Went there this morning and the computers were down so this lady with short blonde hair was frustrated and taking it out on the patients. Patients had questions and she would answer in a very rude way. So much for first impressions
