I brought my mother here for blood work and the receptionist / billing agent / specimen administrator pointed to the door when she was finished....my mother is 70 yo on oxygen and in a wheelchair, she couldnt have opened the door. Shameful and unprofessional

Its okay.... I have been there at least three times and each time the staff seemed to have that annoyed look on their faces as to say go away and dont bother me. So if you gotta go to lab core be extra nice as it will really ruin their day.
