GREAT!!! I had read some bad reviews from 2009, but decided to give this place a chance since it is now 2012 and Im sure staff has turned over since then. I was pleasantly surprised. There was only one person waiting ahead of me. I had an appointment very early in the morning, 7:15. The facility was pretty clean and updated. My appointment was for a blood draw for an infant and so I was prepared to leave if I was not happy (i.e. if they had to stick him more than once, or if I felt uncomfortable). They saw us pretty much immediately. They only had to stick him once. It was quick and easy. I was in and out in about 15-20 minutes. 10 of which were because of a diaper change that required a complete wardrobe change. And everyone was very, very nice! I will review again after i get the lab results.

The place is really old and dirty looking, have had some people get the vein right away some not so good. I see Julie had some issues with making sure the person did what she asked. for all of you that dont know your rights. never ever let someone ignore you if you dont want them to use a pictular arm then just say no. they have to listen. stand up for your rights do not let them bully you. they once tried that on me and I just said wanna bet. use the arm I insist on. then we had a meeting of the minds. bella

I had blood work done two weeks prior to my Dr. Appointment which required the testing for a brain tumor. Next I checked in with Quest and they had told me they had not taken enough blood to finish the tests.... Yet they did not deem it necessary to contact me and tell me this. Please do not support this business. They have put my life in jeapordy because of there stupidity.

I called on Presidents day to see if they were open. Not sure if I even had the right number because a message played saying their mailbox was full, no other information, not even the company name. Other than that, good experiences there.

Very prompt and quick service. Came in for a pre employment urine analysis and was treated with upmost respect and attended immediately.

Ive had problems with this lab doing improper tests and losing results. YMMV
