To be a health care facility, you must first be able to care for the health of your patients. We sat waiting for 30 mins for referral papers to get an ultrasound. After asking what was taking so long, they notified us that their printer was broken and they tried to send us out with emailed referral papers close to closing time. No other place will accept you with out physical papers. Thank goodness I called the hospital and found that out. The person at Reston hospital told them what they needed to do and told them to fax it over. My fiancé would not have been seen that night had it not been for her. After the results were in and sent back to concentra, they failed to get back to my fiancé after he talked to someone twice, they said the doctor would not have time to look at the results. Not one ounce of concern at all. This is a person, a father, one loved by many, and one of the best people I have ever met and he is being treated like a piece of garbage. Maybe we wont have time to pay the medical bill when it comes in either. Please do not go here if you care about yourself. Please do not recommend a friend to come here or listen to the adds on the radio about this place. You are much better off going to the clinic at Target by the Wegmans. They will do it right the first time and not leave you lingering in pain and discomfort and treat you like a human being.

If I could give this place a ZERO it would have been done. Do not go here and expect to see a real doctor. Make sure you ask if you are going to see a doctor because the people in this place are awful. I saw an Asian doctor who was completely worthless. Not to mention he certainly wasnt trying to help me (the patient) it was very obvious he was there for his benefit. He made crucial mistakes In my care. I am thoroughly disgusted with the professionalism of this staff. Be sure if you need to have physical therapy you go somewhere else. The PT Ashley Raider believes that she can alter a doctors orders since she has obtained her doctorate. Be sure if this happens to you that you speak up. She is not your doctor she is a PT and needs to be reminded on a constant basis. Ashleys attitude is very sassy, disrespectful and unprofessional. As she discussed my care in front of several other patients while yelling across the room and making sure that she mentioned she had her doctorate. She may have it but that is not the position that she holds at Concentra. Completely out of line! There is a business in Chantilly called Physical Therapy solutions that is very professional and has a great staff that is knowledgeable and very professional if you need care do yourself a huge favor and go there.

This has got to be the worst urgent care facility on the planet. A simple physical takes at least 5 hours. You sit in the waiting room for 2 and half hours. In the meantime a nurse does the portion of the physical (vitals, sight, hearing, urine) that the doctor doesnt have to do. Then, when you finally get called to see a doctor they place you in an examination room, tell you to change clothes, and make you wait for another 3 hours! Everyone on staff has the same answer. "Its only gonna be 10 to 15 minutes. Simply ridiculous. Theres nothing urg about this place. Your best bet is to die. At least you have the choice of going to heaven where theres no more pain and suffering or hell which I would imagine youve already experienced a Cincentra Urgent Care.

Don,t waste your time Unprofessional unorganized and rude. After waiting 3 hours they told me to come back next day and we will refund your money and get you exam very quick.The reason I went back next they promise me free exam. and it will be fast because most of the exam was done. But when i went next day. I was told I have to start over and have to pay.

Ashley was the most knowledgeable and skilled PT I have been to and I have been to a lot. She explains everything thoroughly and she genuinely cared about me and my well-being. After working with her, I have had no back pain and have the tools to manage any future issues. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

its a basic service which deals with a lot of work man comp claims with minor injuries. dont pick this place for any real urgent needed service. physical therapy is decent, and they have a nice room for it. The doctors are pretty basic knowledge and are nice.
