I really appreciate the fact that Dr. Galichons office makes every attempt to be on time so waiting is kept to a minimum. The front office staff are welcoming and kind and her nurse, Tammy, is delightful, warm and helpful. Dr. Galichon herself is armed with the facts of my case when she comes into the examining room. She is kind and encouraging and very willing to listen and make wise suggestions. Every time I have had labs drawn, or other tests done, either she or Tammy calls me with the results, even though they are posted to the patient portal. Any time I have had to call about a prescription being renewed because the request apparently hadnt been received, Tammy has returned my call within an hour or two and had dealt with the situation expeditiously. I feel taken care of by this practice, and I much appreciate it!

If you want first rate quality service and timely response for labs ect. then you need to know about Primary Health Group! The Doctor I saw made me feel like I mattered, I felt a great deal of care went into my visit. My Doctor was attentive to my needs and concerns, and made me feel comfortable in her knowledge and expertise. Its a good feeling to feel that trust in my physician. The Nurse goes the extra mile to be helpful and supportive, as does the lab. You can always get an appointment when you need one as the other Docs on the team step in when needed. This group is a wonderful team.

I had an annual physical exam (Wellness) on November 9 and the appointment went well I am a childhood polio survivor and use a power w/c and a ventilator 24/4. I was seen on time and the staff were very helpful in getting me into the examining room which is not always easy. Dr. Galichon saw me almost immediately and did not seem to be in a hurry. She was through and made some very practical suggestions in regard to hydration and preventing dependent edema. It was a very positive experience. Henry Holland

Dr. Tucker has been my doctor for many years. He has been with me while I grew up (well, at least from age 60 to 71, and possibly earlier) II trust his judgment, have received excellent medical care, find that it does not take the group very long to work me in with an unscheduled visit and have confidence in the staff.
