Dr. Galichon was my mother’s physician for a short time prior to her leaving to seek more specialized and comprehensive treatment elsewhere. After receiving the new treatment my mother’s test results revealed that her condition had significantly improved. However, she passed away from an issue outside of, but created by the original illness. The mortuary was mistakenly given Dr. Galichon’s contact information to issue the death certificate. Dr. Galichon (rather than conferring with my mother’s current physician and/or the emergency room physician), with no current records, recent examination or test results to base her decision on, Dr. Galichon took it upon herself to make an assumption about the cause of death. Despite the hospital and emergency room doctor sending her a letter stating the correct/specific cause of death and also stating their willingness to complete the death certificate she was unwilling to accept his assistance and also refused any support from my mother’s current physician. The Vital Records office only allows a death certificate to be corrected by the submitting physician. To date, she still refuses to correct my mother’s death certificate.

Extremely Disappointed. Started with Dr. Galichon because former primary care physician retired. Always felt she was more interested in the electronic medical record than me. Latest & last incident: called office several times because of persistent cough. Told by nurse that if I had no fever, no shortness of breath to take an over the counter cough medicine, drink fluids, and rest. Condition did not improve; went to Patient Care, diagnosed with pneumonia: steroids, antibiotics, decongestants, cough syrup. I feel if Dr. Galichon had seen & diagnosed earlier, we might have avoided the additional problems and discomfort. I am switching to a new physician.

Dr. Galichon diagnosed my diabetes and started me on a conservative treatment regimen which resulted in a turn around of my condition within just a few months with a minimum amount of medication. I was impressed as so many doctors today want to pump you with pills. Another doctor that I talked to even questioned her conservative approach, but I appreciate a doctor that educates you and doesnt assume that Rx is the only route to "healing". I am now doing great and my blood sugar levels have been in the normal range for almost a year.
