I was a bit nervous as I walked up to this imposing building to have my annual physical and hopefully establish a relationship with a primary care doctor. I like family medicine practices on a small scale and at first glance it look giant and impersonal. However, when you enter, the actual family practice is just a small portion on the ground floor - much more manageable! Everyone was super friendly and the PA I saw, Jaime Fleeger was lovely. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes, and that includes all my new patient paperwork. I hope to not see them again anytime soon but know it will be a quick and easy experience if I do.

My experience at this clinic was fantastic. I was greeted by smiling faces when I walked in, and the clerical staff was both helpful and professional. The doctor I saw took their time with me, and listened to my concerns. The two ladies who checked me out made me laugh and gave me the info to sign up for a "patient portal." I am so glad I finally found a place where I feel valued and cares about my health. Thank you so much.

Dr. Kevin Spencer, Gina and the Team are some of the most AMAZING Angels in the medical profession on the planet. They have walked with me through 8 years of recovery, the birth of my son, interfuron treatment, and my common colds. They are not common, NOT IN THE LEAST. I am extremely Grateful I found this medical practice to help me grow old, gracefully.

Very poor service they have 1 number that you can call for all offices. They wont give you the number to the actual location. All you can do is call answer service that will keep trying to get hold of the location you want. And if they cant get hold of them you just have to wait.

Very poor service. I called to make an appointment. The person that answered had limited english understanding. She obviously was just reading a script. I told her my insurance and she could not understand Humana . Her response was I guess we dont accept the insurance.

Have had Dr. Dan Rasor as my doctor for a number of years. I find that he has your personal well being at heart. Friendly and personable lets you know the score on your health and your options. Willing to listen and suggest courses of action.

Really enjoy having Dr. Lifshen as my doctor. Ethical and nice guy, spends time to help me understand what is going on and also wants to know how the symptoms came about. Very thorough and professional.
