I can not think of one thing that I would change about my experience! I was taken care of, given warm footies cuz it was freezing cold in there, and I came home and took a nap. The office filed my insurance and all was good. Dr Dabaghi was terrific. He explained everything to me in my appointment, so the day of my procedure went very smoothly. I had discussed with him some problems I was having and he personally called me back a few days later to give me the name of two specialists to see here in Austin. I am now working to get an appointment with the specialist and that is a horror story. They wont let you make an appointment with the specialist until they "approve you for care". You pay $250 to be "transferred into their office" because youre not already one of his patients. I sure hope they approve me and I get to meet the specialist! Austin Gastroenterology was a breeze compared to what I am facing now. Thank you Dr Dabaghi and your staff! You guys are fantastic.

The staff at the desk can be rude, and the scheduling is off by anywhere from 30 minutes to hours, but Dr. Debaghi saved my life. The endoscopy and colonscopy were easy. Prep, which id heard horror stories about, was no problem. I was an ER case, worked in within a few hours to see the dr and then surgery two days later. He explained everything in intense yet comforting detail, from day one. His PA, Elizabeth, is fabulous. I was constantly provided samples of meds to save money. Have had another colonoscopy and endo out of town, and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. The prep, surgery, and recovery were nightmarish. GO SEE DR D AND ELIZABETH--no one else, even in that office is nearly as good. Thanks to both of them.

I went to this place having a bad feeling after reading all these negative reviews. But because my experience was not bad at all I decided to write this review. This is a busy place and they try to help a lot of people with their medical concerns. I understand that at the front desk there is not always the possibility of having very much time for every patient. There were some people from the staff who acted maybe "neutral", but there was nobody here who acted rude or unfriendly I had my appointment with Dr. Mank and there is only positive things to say about my office visit with him. I only had one appointment so far and will upate this review in case things change.

Are you kidding me? The procedure was fine. Wish I could give my doctor five stars but this office is terrible. Hopefully you can navigate their terrible phone system to be placed into the right straight to voicemail system, because I never can. I also seem to get a new bill every month for some different charge even though I already called their broken automated system dozens of times to get someone to call me back to confirm it was paid off. Stay far, far away from this organization. Once your procedure is done they dont care about you at all, other than finding new ways to squeeze money from you.

My first visit to Dr Dabaghi was to set up a routine colonoscopy. Through his regular questioning on my history, he decided I also needed a endoscopy. Thank goodness for his expertise and genuine concern, he discovered that I had Barretts esophagus. We began treatment on this issue, and I am sure we averted a more serious situation later. Great doctor and office. I highly recommend Dr Dabaghi and his staff.

Rate: 5. Austin Gastroenterology is a welcoming place. They are there to serve from the moment you get there until you leave. I like the process of being listened to by Dr. Frachtmans assistant and then the doctor comes in knowing information about my visit. When l leave l feel l have been heard and the best is being done for my health.

Wow I was asked about the liver . I said it it was one of the largest organ in your body other than your skin and that he can heal itself. Dr. Pham came back with did you read that on Wikipedia as if I a idiot. He really childish . Maybe he need to go back to medical school and Learn about the oath do no harm.
