On hold for a long time when on the phone usually, calls dont get returned, and prescriptions that have to be called in take very long to be ready (I have a prescription that I have to call each time I need a refill to get another prescription for it). I called it in 4 days ago, they told that was overkill and didnt need more than 2. Well now its not 4 days and its not ready and I wont have my medicine for vacation. Only redemption is the doctors are good once you get in.

AWFUL. The WORST hold times for calls (15 minutes is not unusual no matter the day or time) and horrible after care. These people have ATROCIOUS follow-through. This has been the most frustrating medical experience of my life. Please look elsewhere for your care.

I waited on hold for 15 minutes to get an appointment 4 days later. When I got there for the appointment they had no record of it! And dont let the young girl take blood, shes terrible at it.

Love my doctor and the rest of the staff but that wait is beginning to get ridoculous. I typically wait an hour to be seen.
