ZERO STARS!! Staff takes their time and chooses who they want to serve and help first. If at all. EVERY SINGLE TIME I would go to get a prescription they would say they have no record of me ever calling it in. I would have to sit back down and wait for an hour for them to get it together. I have had nothing but issues with their staff and medical team. Unprofessional, unwilling to help and go the extra mile, and will actually rather give you the numbers and websites to do their work for them. Had to deal with insurance MYSELF almost every month due to miscommunication on Group Healths end. They have an automated service you HAVE to talk to. Somehow it cant hear well enough but yet picks up every sound from the background and hangs up. There is NEVER shorter than 45 minute wait time. NEVER have my prescriptions been ready EVEN after just seeing a doctor in the same building. They are constantly calling people back up to pharmacy after being told to go back and wait for them to do their job. It left me wondering if anyone even works after trying to get ahold of a REGULAR prescription I had been on for two years, for 14 days. RIDICULOUS! RUDE! AND YOULL DIE BEFORE GETTING HELP! They dont call it GROUP DEATH for no reason! Dont waste your time OR money!

Warning to patients: This pharmacy is incredibly unhelpful and unprofessional. Do not go there if you can avoid it. If you have serious health problems and need medical supplies they are not helpful. The pharmacy tech., like a robot, told me to have a nice day after charging me full price for supplies though ordered and authorized by my GHC Dr. I also have full coverage. I needed supplies earlier due to serious health issues. There was no attempt to help me at all. I felt that she did not care which I would bet is true. I would recommend staying away from this pharmacy and finding any other one for medical needs.

I am not happy with group health. Wait times in the building are horrendous and wait times on the phone are even worse. I called to speak to a nurse regarding a lab test. I was put on a hold cycle that brought me back to a live person every five minutes that was unable to help help me. After several cycles my call was dropped. I spoke to a different person after each cycle. This tells me that Group Health is spending a lot of money on phone operators and not enough on people that are qualified to read lab reports.

Ive been here since 3:30pm for my daughter 3:40 appointment and it is now 4:24pm and they havent even called us in yet. There was another lady who checked in at 3pm and they said it didnt show she was checked in, in their system. They of course let the lady in first because she been waiting since 3pm. Very disorganized and maybe they need to hire more staffs?? I thought by partnering with Kaiser would improve their services but it has gotten worst.

We came in at midnight on a Friday night, the parking lot was virtually empty. There were two people in the waiting area. It took three hours before we received service. We did not get out of thete until 4:45 AM. After going back to our normal group health doctor only to discover the urgent care properly diagnosed the condition but prescribed the wrong medication. The medical staff on duty that night were generally incompetent.

Im over group health. Doctors are very unhelpful. And ladies that answer the phone are even worst. Im over not being able to make an appointment and even when i get in they refuse to help me and tell me that nothing is wrong or im fine. I know my body. Oh and god forbid you find a doctor you actually like because they will fire them before you get to see them again.

Have been going to this clinic for years. The Doctors and Nurses are professional, prompt and courteous. The pharmacy has been very efficient recently after some changes. Mike in Physical Therapy got me back on my feet quickly after an accident last year. Nothing but good things to say about everyone including the Member Services/Customer Service desk!!

First time ever entering urgent care where upon meeting the PA who was to be seeing me threw his hands up in there air and stated he couldnt shake my hand too much going around..... go back to school young feller and learn patient relations... if I were unkempt I may have understood... wait no ...show your clients you care!

Nothing bad to say! I get in either early or on time. Ive been to many Group Healths over the years and this one is the fastest by far! Amazing staff and wonderful bedside manner!
