What a joke! I understand there are people who actually need help with their personal problems, this is not the place for them. I went there because it was closet to my house and I was required too because of my first ever arrest being a DUI. When you first walk in, look at their policies. They are all set up to make money off of people looking for help who are struggling. The only thing that BUSINESS cares about is money. Where do I even begin with how they did me wrong!? Well first off, the polices and ridiculous fees. My "counselor" record all my info exaggerated the natural of my use. Then my emailed my public defender to tell them that I was lying about my use, as if they had a previous record to check. She told me I have "mild abuse disorder". I asked her what the disorder was since Ive never been arrested before or had any kind of drug or alcohol problem is the past and she just looked at me like a deer in headlights. She had no idea why she told me I had that "problem", then retracted her statement. After dealing with my public defender and straightening out the claims that I lied, she retracted everything and told me I was perfectly fine and that there wasnt a problem and it was an isolated incident. She told me that no treatment was necessary. And then apon retracting her lies to me, she completed a completely different report stating that I needed a treatment program for my problem. When she finally got around to completing her evaluation (the morning of court) she refused to give me a copy of it and I am the one who paid that company $150.00 for it! She completely hid the report from me and played "dumb" when I asked her to email a copy to me. Finally after court, where her radical report was opened and I had my first look at it, I called her on the steps on the courthouse and she had no problem emailing me a copy. Totally dishonest, disrespectful, and down right unethical. I believe the reason she flip flopped between me and the courts and my public defender was to hide the fact that she was exaggerating and playing each side off of the other so that way in the end her and her company would benefit . I feel she did this because she knew I was going through the court system and she could have better pull on the outcome since I was required to start the process, guess I just picked the worst place first. I dont believe she is comission based but Im sure if she wasnt bringing in new clients that her future with her company would look dim. I feel this company is so motivated towards making revenue that they forget the most important thing, helping people who actually need help and not trying to make a quick buck off of everyone that walks through the door. So now, because of her unethical report, this single father of two that can barely afford to support himself, whos only been arrested once in his life and has maintained a job since fifteen and healthy relationships with friends and family, now has to come up with $1,900.00 to do a unnecessary six month out patient program. Complete joke if you are a person looking for help with substance abuse. I would strongly advise you to check elsewhere be for setteling on them. I will not be going back for my now required treatment, God only knows how they will try to make more off of me.

I went to these folks today for an assessment filled with lots of pre conceived notions about what was going to happen. I was completely wrong, they made me feel comfortable from the moment I 1st walked in, I didnt have to wait at all, Susan, the person doing my assessment came out as I was still talking to the receptionist and immediately put me at ease. when we did the assessment Susan asked me some questions that were very uncomfortable and I answered as honestly as I could, in the end she was very fair in what she asked of me and I could not have been happier with the results. If you want a fair and comfortable assessment I highly recommend Associated Behavioral Health Care (start edit here) these folks were absolutely wonderful, they went above and beyond anything I could have hoped for in helping me, thanks to them I was able to get my drivers license in less than 30 days and avoid jail time in doing so. you could not ask for a more genuinely caring and helpful group of people John Frye

Extremely unprofessional establishment. The women at the front desk were discussing patients private matters and giving their personal feedback to each other enough so I could hear while waiting in the waiting room, and then gossiping about the doctors. My doctor was terrible too. She could care less about me and what I was going through. I was even running late to an appointment and called and let them know Id be 20 minutes late, and they told me they couldnt guarantee my doctor would be there. I have an hour long appointment so where would she go. I showed up 20 minutes late and my doctor had left. Then they personally billed me. When I called to ask why they said because I was late to my appointment my doctor couldnt see me and because she couldnt see me they couldnt charge it to my insurance so they billed me personally $150. Avoid this place.

Went their for an assessment and a 6 month weekly outpatient for my DUI after the assessment recommended it. Assessment was fair I suppose, although I was completely honest. My original counselor Paula was awesome, however she was fired right before my treatment was completed, which was really the last human counselor there, the rest act like probation officers.front desk has gotten better, used on be assholes. Do not recommend this branch. Keep getting bills after I made my final payment. They jacked me around on signing my release forms for getting back my drivers liscene. Keep your reciepts, phone messages, record all classes you take if you choose to use them.

Great experience. I have been to multiple places and multiple states where I was always rush to give an answer before I could get my thoughts together, this was the exception, I was given time, the therapist understood my experiences and allowed me to feel comfortable, even rearranged his office to help with my special needs.

I was able to speak to a live person instead of the other places that I always had to leave a message. Im from out of town and they made it so easy for me to see the counselor. They were very professional and fair. I was also able to set up a time with a doctor at the same North Seattle facility! Highly recommended.

Front desk lady was very helpful with me before during and after filling out the paperwork that i needed. She also answered every question i had with out feeling like i was bugging her. Alex was the one who did my evaluation and he was very easy to get along with and made things go really smooth.
