They just lost my business. My wife convinced me to switch to OptimEyes as she had been going to them for years and was very satisfied with their services. The exam went well enough, and we both ordered contacts, which would be delivered to our home in a handful of business days. That was two weeks ago. My wifes contacts came in within a couple of days, mine are still missing. I called today to see what was happening, as Im going out of town tomorrow and being able to see would be awfully convenient. First, the greeting letting the caller about the new location is way too long. I dont care - please just get to my options. Next, the gentleman I spoke to sounded as if he had the mouthpiece of the phone actually in his mouth; I couldnt understand what he was saying, but he transferred me to a different department. And it rang ... and rang ... and rang. Five minutes passed and no one picked up. Thats not five minutes of me being on hold, thats five minutes of ringing. So I hung up and called back. The next person I spoke with seemed nice, but that was the last I heard of her, as I was put on hold for the next ten minutes. While on hold, someone cut it on the wrong line. I know not only because it wasnt the original person I spoke to, but they answered "Hello, mam?" and Im a man. A few minutes later, what sounded like the same voice answered with what was their initial greeting when answering a call. When I explained that Ive been on hold for nearly seven minutes at that point, rather than figure out what the holdup was (or apologize for the wait), she said "Oh, okay," and put me back on hold. Finally someone answered, and I learned that my contact order was never actually placed! As a consolation, they had just placed the order manually. They offered to make up for it by providing me a pair of trial lenses in the meantime, but Id have to come into the store and pick them up myself. No. Youre not making up for the inconvenience with even further inconveniences. Im sorry I had to be "that" customer today, Andrea, but this was a pretty awful experience. Unless I can get my contacts today (still horribly late, mind you), speaking to a manager isnt going to make things any better. And at the end of the day, I still dont know when to expect the years worth of contacts that Ive paid for but may or may not have been ordered.

I phoned in this morning to pay for my son glasses because of insurance purposes we had to wait a couple days after his eye exam for him to become eligible for frames. I spoke with Betty, she seems to be in a rush. I spelled my last name to her three times (even giving her words that start with the letters of my last name) she still got it wrong. When I ask to speak with someone else because she is rushing and I dont wanna be rushed when it comes to my money I worked hard for; Betty proceeds to tell me its my fault Im talking to fast and I need to slow down so she can understand me. I didnt want to hang up on her in order to get someone different, I continued with the transaction just asked her if she understood after I was finished talking and to repeat it. My family and I have been going to Optimeyes for years and absolutely love Dr. Jones, so it would be heartbreaking to leave there because of unfair customer service.

I went here three years ago for routine eye exam and contacts. I went back 3 times in the same week because my prescription was wrong. So I decided since there was a new building to try again. I will say the wait time is excellent. But when I was fitted for contacts they said they did not have the right prescription available so they were just going to give me a different prescription until mine came in. So things were blurry. Why would you give someone contacts to wear that are not their prescription? I went yesterday to pick up my glasses and they too are wrong. The left lens is correct I can see perfectly out of it but the right lens everything is doubled and blurry. What the heck is going on?

Had the whole family come up for eye exams. We were brought back immediately, had tons of help picking out frames, and the doctors were great with the kids! Im used to having to wait 1-2 weeks to get my glasses but they had all of ours done within 2-3 days. And when we went to pick them up my son was running behind getting home from a camping trip and they let us wait a few minutes past closing so he could get fitted. Great experience and we are all extremely happy!

Worst costumer service, would not listen to me about my insurance. Said right off the bat they dont take my insurance, but my insurance told me to go there. Then it was just youre wrong. So went to SVS Vision and had no problems. Called to apologize and fix things...should have helped when I needed it. I dont need anything from them, like I said I fixed it myself at SVS Vision

I had been happy with Optimeyes for many years. However,I will not be going back. Their prices are ridiculous! It is crazy that contact lens fitting, that takes less than 5 minutes is $60-$75. We priced new lenses only for my husbands glasses and it was going to be $433. Went to Costco and the same lenses (WITH NEW FRAMES) were $189. We will not be returning to Optimeyes.

They honored the appointment time which is great but the battery of tests i had to take by two different associates before i even got to my dr prolonged the experience. Glasses were ready within a couple days. However when i picked up my glasses and checked in no one greeted me at the pick up desk for several minutes. The location is new and the building is gorgeous.

I have 5-6 pairs of glasses (most of them are those cheap ones from Costco or CVS), and only one pair from this place. The ones from OptimEyes are by far the worst quality. None of my other glasses lenses are scratched at all. The ones from this place, at least 5 scratches. Very disappointing. Never going to this place again.

Expecting glasses done that day to get a call later to find out they didnt have my prescription and have to wait 3 up to day to get them , the process of getting my order in was fast and convenient. Just disappointed that I had to be notified that I had to wait for my glasses,

I brought my children for a check up and the staff was great. 3 children, one being autistic, and the staff walked us through every step, did great with all 3 kids, and explained everything to me. No questions, no problems. Great experience all around!

First time ever coming to OptimEyes and I am impressed. In and out in less than 40 minutes, same day pick up for new lenses and frames, polite staff, answered all questions and concerns. Im sold.
