My family and I were in the market for a new Optometrist when our previous one retired. I found Dr Olding and Professional Eye Care through a referral and weve been very pleased as patients. I travel Mon-Thu for my job, so Fri appointments are important to me. Scheduling with Professional Eye Care is always quick and easy. Our experience with the opticians and Dr Olding continues to be outstanding. The staff cares about us, and Dr Olding worked with me on finding the correct contact lens for both my nearsightedness and reading. They have a great selection of frames as well. I highly recommend Professional Eye Care. Were extremely satisfied patients!

Dr. Olding is VERY nice and competent. They run all the usual tests before you see the doctor -- to test for glaucoma, etc. They offer extra tests for macular degeneration and to take a picture of the back of your eye. They are not required. Dr. Olding caught changes going on with my eyes several years ago warranting me to see an another doctor to have my cataracts taken care of. I had very little change this year and opted to go with rx sunglasses. Lori is great at helping to find the best glasses. Ive always been very pleased with my selections! This is a great office.

The office has assorted morning and afternoon hours and that is great! Professional and friendly staff always. Appointments are made in no time. Wait time less than 10 minutes. Dr. Jacob Olding is extremely knowledgeable, approachable and always available to answer your questions and provide options. After last eye check I had to order new glasses. Lori helped me out to quickly match the new prescription with my glasses cosmetics needs and placed the order. Ive been going here for years and therefore I highly recommend Professional Eye Care at Westar.

We have been going to Professional Eye Care at Westar for many years. Dr. Olding and his staff are wonderful, they have a great selection of frames, and go out of their way to make sure your needs are met. Dr. Olding even came in on a holiday to make sure my husband didnt have a detached retina (my husband was supposed to travel via air for work a few days later which would have been a problem if the retina was detached). We cant imagine going anywhere else for our vision needs.

I went for an eye exam last week and loved it. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I received prompt yet thorough care, and felt like the staff actually treated me like a person and not just another patient. Dr. Olding was wonderful and spent plenty of time answering my questions. I had to bring 5 kids with me, and they had plenty of things to do to entertain them there.....bonus!!! I highly recommend going there and will continue receiving eye care through them.

Both the staff and doctors are professionals while remaining friendly the entire visit. They are extremely knowledgeable and personable, and make me feel like I am getting excellent care. I love the staff. They are engaging and professional. Makes you feel like they actually are glad you are there. Dr. Olding is friendly and thorough. He takes the time to talk to you about your vision and you are made to feel like you are not just another nameless patient. He explained the process as he went along and asked questions to make sure I understood what he was doing and why. Highly recommend.

I had one of the most thorough eye exams ever. All my questions were answered satisfactorily; everyone was well trained, very friendly and on time! Dr. Olding was so nice and took the time to explain some differences in contact lens brands. My follow up determined that I needed a different brand and I was given a new set immediately. Such a pleasure to do business with this eye group!

The best eye care professional in the Polaris area. If you have a eye problem I would highly recommend that you check this place out. Very knowledgeable doctors and optical staff. I have been going here for several years when Dr. Fried was still there and now Dr. Olding is just as good!! They always get me in quickly and I never have to wait. They always accommodate me and help me out. Several times I have had an issue with my contact and they have provided me with a lens until they were able to get me in!!! Great hours as well for the working person.

Evening hours are great! All staff was very friendly. Wait time was about 10 minutes for the first visit, Second visit I was taken straight back. Appointment was quick and thorough, but had the opportunity to ask questions without feeling rushed. Ill be back next year!
