I scheduled an appointment to go to this office and I was not even 15 minutes late when I arrived. Once I arrived I informed the receptionist that I was about 10 or 15 minutes late and she said I will have to go back and see if the she/doctor will see you. She came back in approx. 1 minute and she told me that she was told to reschedule me. I can understand it was my fault that I was late but when I knew it was looking like I was running late I actually called the office to inform them but when the receptionist answered the phone she immediately ask if she could put me on hold and I was put on hold for approx. 5 minutes before I couldnt wait anymore and I hung up. I took a day off from work to for this appointment and since I came here some months ago and was told I needed glasses I was looking forward to purchasing my glasses today. I would have liked a little more empathy considering Im already here and there were no other customers in the office at the time. I am also in retail sales and I understand that customers may run a few minutes behind sometime and although we dont like it we still should take time to see them (that is called "Going The Extra Mile". So I decided take my business somewhere else. If anyone is considering going here I advise you BE ON TIME or they will waste yours!

Aaron was one of the most patient people Ive ever met. He went above and beyond to make sure I found a pair glasses that I was happy with . It took me two months to find glasses that I really like and he never once rushed me, he even call Vogue for me to find the pair I really wanted, but they were no longer available. Aaron is the very definition of awesome customer service.

Dr as usual great job very personable, small selection of eye glasses when asked about the buy one get one free i was told it was 40% off not true.i vsited another office they had attitudes offered to purchase at full price two pair just to let my wife look at them on me Told me they couldnt do it and to take a picture of the glasses and show my wife. Hmmm!

I was recentally seen at the east office, I kept having issues with my eye with watering and swollen. They seemed very concerned with my issue, and helped me out a lot with even calling in the prescription to the pharamacy for me. Everyone was very nice to me there and seemed very friendly.

Absolutely terrible!! I had a credit on my account from a screw up with my glasses last year, this year I was promised on numerous occasions that it would be applied to my account. Wrong! The account is now about to go to collections! They dont keep their word! Ill never be returning here!

The lady was very rude and disrespectful, stares at me rudely and has an attitude. They only give you a limited amount of glasses to choose, which are ugly and poorly made. If I could give it a 0 star, I would.

The doctor and the tech were really friendly but everyone else had a short attitude. Very lacking in customer service skills. Gladly be finding a new eye doctor.
