My previous visit to this office, I was told my payments hadnt gone through and that my insurance was rejected. I obviously was confused when they showed me bills of procudures I have never had. I noticed quickly after that they had confused me for another patient. I thought to myself that mistakes happen, and I forgot about it. I visited the office again today, and the whole time I felt like my pre-existing condition was not being acknowledged (the whole reason for my quarterly visits). After my check up, the front desk started to set up an appointment a year from today. I asked if they were no longer concerned about my condition, and if we were abandoning quarterly visits. Come to find out the staff didnt fully read into my paperwork. I dont expect a doctor to fully remember all their patients..but I really just dont feel like there is any investment into me as an individual here at this office. I have never felt so low after a doctorsoffice. No one even knew why I was here today, or even seemed to care.

I have been visiting Jennifer Wesselman Williams for a few years now and I absolutely love her! She has a wonderful bedside manner and truly takes her time. She answers all of my questions, and I never feel like she needs to rush to get to the next patient. I have loved all of the staff at Dr. Midkiffs office as well! They are very pleasant and always willing to work with me. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.

If I could of given her a zero stars, I would of. My daughter has medical issues so we were referred to her and my kid came home crying. She was NOT sympathetic and only wanted to shove birth control down her throat. That was the least of our worries putting my kid on birth control! We will never recommend her to anyone or see her again. I spoke to her personally and she was rude to me

I have been going to Dr. Midkiff for years and have been very pleased with her office staff and all the doctors. I have always felt listened too and that my needs were addressed. It does take a while to get a routine appointment, but you can make them in advance. After my annual I make my next years appointment. I have recommended her to many of my friends.

I love the doctors but sometimes the front desk (over the phone) are not too pleasant. I called a total of 5 times and when telling this to the lady when she finally answered I got no apology for my wait or anything. Just attitude.

Jennifer has been amazing. She really helps me understanding what is going on with my body, and prepare me for what we are doing with it. This is the first Dr. I have had in a long time that I actually like.

She doesnt respect natural family planning methods as Catholics follow. She pushed birth control after pregnancy. Its worth driving to Dr. Gosser in South County STL.
