If I could give less than 1 star I would. I just spent 2 1/2 hours in a waiting room/examination room. When the doctor entered the room he asked me why I was there. I told him for test results and he proceeded to point out the website where I could just "look them up." He set this appointment. He wanted me to come back...HE ACTED AS IF HE HAD NEVER SEEN ME BEFORE IN HIS LIFE. He then began to tell me what ISNT wrong with me. When I asked why I have the symptoms I have he answered, "I dont know. I didnt check for that." WHAT??????? You dont know why Im vomiting daily, hair falling out, weight gain, my naps need naps, and my throat is swollen? He printed off the test results he had for me and seemed to have to prove his response. I then asked what we needed to do next to figure out what is wrong...he showed me the door. BUT- he did tell me I need to workout and eat better. I GO TO THE GYM TO WEIGHT TRAIN 5 TIMES A WEEK AND DONT EAT ANYTHING FUN! A gluten free diet sucks. I now understand why your ratings is so low. Second opinion appointment made at ANOTHER clinic.

My doctor (well no longer after today) is very UN supportive and plain out terrible! Her name is Doctor Elizabeth Ewig...First off let me say losing 70 lbs in 8 months can be done in a healthy way. What kind of doctor tells you that you pretty much cant do it! What kind of doctor says its not possible! Your a lie! I told her I paid for a bbl to be done in March and I told her the price..She says to me with that money I could have hired a personal trainer. The negativity I got this morning was alot. I will no longer go to her, she gave me weight loss pills, but they were anti depressants as well. I couldnt take them and she tells me we are all out of options. There are plenty of options to get healthy, but with her I guess not. I dont know why I bothered talking to her about my health or my problems...All I can do now is to continue making her a liar.

They schedule their appointments too close together so you are guaranteed to be in the waiting room at least 30 minutes every single time. Then you get another 20-30 minutes waiting in your room. The doctors are too busy to answer your questions and the nurse that is supposed to help you, doesnt. My insurance information has been deleted from their computers multiple times so I have received bills that should have never existed. Because of this, I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to straighten things out with my insurance. If you call with a question they tell you the nurse will call you back. I have never gotten a response in less than 24 hours. I could keep going bit I think you get the point. This place is trash. Save your sanity and just go somewhere else.

I love almost every doctor their especially Doctor Wasserman he saved my life and best of all my sons life. Both of my boys see doctor Kesserlring who is amazing in making sure they get the highest care he can possibly bring to them. The medical ladies that sit up in the front are very caring loving people they too can have there bad days but I wouldnt say they are rude. One of the great things is they are the same people you see every month there not different ones. For being primarily a lower incomed doctors office I would say they are doing a good job at their jobs.

Tried to make a appointment for my son. They are open untill 4:30 but make no appointments after 2:30 so i have to miss a day of work to take him to the doctor. They have open appointment times but refuse to do his sports physical untill November even tho I did it in October last year. Now he can not do training camps for his sport. I have called another doctor he will be seen before November and have his sports physical done all still in October. If you want good ratings I suggest when someone calls to make a appointment you dont make them wait 2 months.

They are very unprofessional I had to resign my son up twice because they lost his info. They never call back they ether say his at at lunch or in vacation when I tried calling every 3 weeks the last couple months worst place I am Def gonna find my son a different pediatric dentist.

Absolutely horrible the receptionist didnt know phones were still connected to the exchange line. And the wait time is crazy. And would also be helpful if the nurse actually called people back this is just one of bad experiences I have had here

Every time I make an appointment they said I missed it or have gave it to someone else making it look like you just missed it and were careless have no Customer service ob department is good though .

Very long wait time. Appointment was at 230 and didnt see the doctor till 300. Receptionists were not very friendly.
