I was a patient and booked an appointment over a year ago. The doctors office called and cancelled my appointment so I had to reschedule for 3-4 months later. I wanted to go to another doctor because I could not afford to wait 3 months for a new appointment. In the meantime, I have a serious yeast infection and they made me inactive. So, they would not call me a prescription in and would not make an exception to see me under the circumstances. You dont want to deal with an gyn that has no customer service skills and Dr. Ursula Thatchs office should get an F for customer satisfaction. I wasnt a new patient, Ive been going to her office for at least 5 years and I would think they would provide a better service.

Dr thatch is judgemental of young women. She has no problem being rude when you answer honestly and makes you feel uncomfortable. Also dr. thatch does not discuss billing before taking tests. I switched because she was covered by my insurance but this doctor has costs me more than paying out of pocket at planned parenthood. When I called billing to discuss my bill the woman I talked to was rude and just said she couldnt do anything.

I seen her for over 20 years and took my daughter there she is a wonderful doctor only reason we left her is cause of our insurance or I still would be going there. Is she hard on u yes but she wants u to know that u have to do something right or you wont heal. Love her

Dr Thatch has treated me for over six years now. She is extremely thorough Making sure that you have knowledge and understanding of diagnosis and treatments. She is gentle and kind also. I highly recommend her to anyone wanting a fantastic Doctor/surgeon.
