This review is for my experience so far, I am 28 weeks with my second baby. I am just now reading the other reviews and I am surprised by the negative reviews. A family member recommended this practice to me when I was looking to leave UVA and did not check the reviews as a result. I do not know which receptionist I spoke to but both receptionists have been very kind. I did not have any issue transferring practices and all of my preliminary questions were answered. All of the doctors have been great so far. The only hiccup I had was that for one scheduled appointment, one of the receptionists called to reschedule because the the doctor would be out of town or on vacation. I rescheduled for later the same day with a different doctor. I showed up and my appointment was not in the system. It worked out just fine though because the receptionist spoke to the doctor and was able to have me seen at that time anyway. I was pleasantly surprised because I anticipated needing to reschedule. So, again, my experience so far has been great.

I am simply rating the front desk receptionist helper. I am calling to see if they have room for a new patient. I let her know my situation and she immediately sounds frustrated at me asking me things with a not needed emphasis. I tried to remain calm and explain to her that I needed to know if they have room for me in their practice before I asked my insurance to send any paperwork her way. She didnt like that. Ive been trying to find a calm and open practice who can work with me and not against me and make me feel good to go to them. Unfortunately, with this call I had with the receptionist I am not going to go here. I really do not need the stress that this lady put me through the five minutes I was on the phone with her at every single appointment I have at this doctors office. I really hope somebody talks to her because they might be losing more patients than just me.

A really unprofessional first impression and rude receptionist as many others have noted. Certainly not where I will choose to be a regular patient. I called to inform I was running late due to a situation out of my control and they explained they were cancelling and couldnt re-book all week because they had double-booked themselves that day. I was in tears, I had taken off work and was willing to wait all day and they did not care. In addition, they never called or emailed to confirm my appointment and hung up before letting me know which doctor they had booked me for! Ive been a new patient at dozens of doctors offices and Ive never been treated like this before- not somewhere I would recommend, ladies.

I called and spoke with Sheila @ OBGYN Associates. I explained briefly what was going on with me and why I need a new appointment. She was very short and not very friendly. She told me I needed to call a different location. I called them, and they told me I needed to contact OBGYN first to be referred to that location. Obviously, based off other reviews, Sheila isnt a very caring person to the patients that come to their practice. I decided to schedule at UVA although my insurance is out of network with them. At least then I know Im getting excellent care and dont have to be sent all over the place just to schedule an appointment!!!!

Receptionist was so rude! I called to cancel an appointment on a Monday morning and she said it would be a fee of 25$ because I didnt call 24hours notice. When I told her I did call she said I should have left a message . I told her that the answering machine wouldnt allow me to do so and she said shes not arguing with me ! What a rude person !! why would I lie about not leaving a message !! Never will return back to this place .

I dealt with the rudest and most unprofessional receptionist named Sheila. I can quite honestly say I have never encountered someone like her at a doctors office. Two simple questions, do you take my insurance and are you taking new patients, were met with such a nasty attitude. I am still perplexed. Sheila should not be dealing with patients or potential patients, as she ensured I would never step foot in this office.

I love OBGYN Associates! Ive dealt with them exclusively for the entirety of my pregnancies with both my children. Dr. T is awesome! Dr. Levit is awesome! He delivered both my kids. Dr. Wills, Dr. Deucher and Peggy are also awesome! The nurses are wonderful and the staff are great as well. I recommend them to everyone thats pregnant or plans on having children. I wouldnt ever consider going to another practice.

Im sad to see these negative posts. I was NOT an easy patient but Dr. Levit and Dr. T saved my babies lives. They performed a surgery at 20 weeks that prevented a miscarriage and were there for me every step of the way until Dr. Levit did my c section delivery. When I say they literally saved their lives, I mean it. I would not have my beautiful 3-year-old twins without this practice.

Very rude and unprofessional. I was told when scheduling that they would be able to do my regular visits but they dont even have the equipment to do what they said. They didnt bother to read the notes of the referring physician so I have to wait even longer without care. Hopefully nothing is wrong with my baby. I didnt even get to talk to a doctor

I went here over a year ago and will NEVER go back! Dr. Levit and his staff were not very welcoming. They didnt seem to care that I was my first time and I was uncomfortable. He was also a jerk when it came to talking about my weight... I think I realize I need to work on things and I am but his approach was quite quite rude!

Dr t is a great dr . But the Staff is ridiculously slow my appt was at 10:15 I got back here on time but its now 10:40 and I havent seen my dr . This isnt the first time either. Im always waiting a super long just for them to check the heartbeat and tell me to make another appt .

Today was my first day meeting with Dr. Wills. He seemed to be rushing through my entire appointment. Afterwards he left me with questions to ask the front desk. I am currently looking for a more personable ob office

Dr. T is great. Hes really nice and makes you feel comfortable. The Ultrasound Techs and staff are great too.
