Best doc Ive ever had!!!! He delivered two of my children. I will never forget how kind he was to my father, who was dying of cancer, but wanted to be there for the birth of his grandson. Dr. Mendez had my husband and father suit up for delivery! Sad to say that dad wasnt there for the next grand baby,
